Very nice and very clean place in a great location right on the sea. Fantastic! Quirico responded very quickly and nicely. I can really only recommend it, happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our time in the house and the village. It is a beautiful house carefully and beautiful renovated! There are various lovely rooms with different atmospheres to spent the day, relaxing, reading, eating etc. The roof terrace is a lovely place to have an aperitif in the evening and the courtyard/garden is wonderful location to have dinner. The living room is great for reading or watching a movie with the presenter! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It is a pleasure to cook and bake there! Massimiliano was always very helpful and gave us great recommendation for visits in the surrounding, restaurants and beaches. We can highly recommend this house and the people who care of it! We will definitely come back!!!

Quiet place, house as pictured with everything you need, there is also a dishwasher, air conditioning for a totally relaxing vacation, close to TOP restaurants if you want fun evenings, just go to SOVERATO....in 15 minutes by car there is all the fun you want, beautiful promenade, but if you are looking for tranquility... peace and beautiful sea, I recommend... Isabella's house is a guarantee, thanks for everything we will definitely come back..

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! Our family of 4, including our son and daughter of 20 and 23 years, stayed at Villagio Alemia for more than 1 week. The place is very beautiful, clean, well equipped and with a nice atmosphere. We asked for a few extra items for the kitchen which were rapidly provided. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and very well kept. The beach is very nice, not too busy and within walking distance. The place offers sport activities, activities for children and entertainment in the evening for children and adults. We had a wonderful and relaxing time!

First experience with AirB&B and I couldn't have started better. The very clean property is very tidy and has the strong point of the very comfortable garden and swimming pool that make the stay very relaxing. Perfect also because I had a medium-large dog. The friendly and helpful owners were always able to respond to my needs. The location is strategic, even if you need the car, the center or commercial activities are close. The area is quiet. I highly recommend it.

Loved our stay so much that we extended. Only thing that I guess I didnt realize before booking was that the main big bed is in the living room. (Other two twin beds in the bedroom). We were 2 adults 3 children and it was a bit tight but we were cozy. Also no wifi which I didnt look closely enough for, but other than that it was nice. Would book again.

Nicola is an incredibly friendly, helpful and present host. The apartment is very close to the sea, within walking distance and also accessible to wheelchairs. The main beach is free and on the side there are 2 equipped beaches, then still free beaches for hundreds of meters, including one that allows dogs, despite there being no physical boundaries or special controls (at least in the first week of September, the time I went on vacation). Both Nicola's entire property and the beaches are very clean, the sea doesn't need to talk: it's wonderful!! Who knows, maybe I'll be back one day! Ps. The backyard is dominated by cats of all ages that I love to madness! Some are more friendly than others, but not at all disturbing. Our dog survived with peace of mind.

We stayed at Marco's place for 11 days and immediately felt like home. The accommodation is just renovated, complete with all the amenities, the location is spectacular because it is a stone's throw from the Aragonese Castle, downtown, the beach. We were also lucky enough to always be able to park the car in front of the house. Marco and his parents are very helpful, friendly, kind people, and we really felt comfortable right away. Super recommended accommodation for location, comfort and above all for the owners!

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

Ideal apartment with very modern furnishings and all of the conveniences I could ever imagine needing. A big plus for the traveler is the washing machine that also functions as a drier - extremely useful. Overall a great place for short or long-term stays. Nearby street parking was always easy to find. From our perspective the apartment is in an ideal location in the city of Crotone: it is at the extreme north end of the public seaside walkway, which we found the most enjoyable part of the city to spend time in. It is worth being aware that the apartment itself is in the corner of a building on ground level next to small streets that are busy with pedestrian and vehicular traffic; there is no private outdoor space, and for security reasons guests will want to keep their frosted windows or window shutters closed (louvres open if one likes) for security reasons.
