This Victorian cottage is equipped for a family or group of friends, is pet friendly and is 2 minutes walk from the town amenities including shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. An excellent base for mountain biking in Coed-y-Brenin, biking or walking the easy-going Mawddach trail, exploring Snowdonia and visiting the stunning beaches of the West Wales coast.

Forget your worries in this recently refurbished, spacious and peaceful apartment. Easy access to mountains, hills, lakes, rivers, castles, the coastline & the Mach Loop, Dolgellau is truly the 'gateway to Snowdonia' and this apartment would ideally suit hikers, bikers, history lovers and watersports enthusiasts. Unfortunately, we cannot yet accommodate pets and as we have only one double bed, the accommodation suits adults. As a first floor apartment the stairs may be difficult for some guests.

Chester House is an ideal base for groups of hikers, mountain bikers or families wanting to explore Snowdonia. Dolgellau is a pretty little town, sitting in lovely walking country beneath the Cader Idris mountain range. The sea, and some delightful beaches are just down the road, too! There are lots of restaurants/cafes, pubs and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

Unique timber cabin looking out onto fields and mountains. Tastefully decorated and new in 2023. Wood-burner, covered veranda, Wi-fi and Netflix, one bedroom, bathroom with shower and double basins, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Walks right from the door, private and not overlooked, Mach Loop in the same valley. Pub within walking distance (roughly 20 mins, sensible footwear recommended). Not suitable for those with limited ability. Sorry no dogs.

Downstairs there is a lounge, kitchen and dining area, with a double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one double and a twin - and a bathroom.

Nant Y Glyn is a charming, traditional Welsh stone cottage which was build in the early 1800s. We have updated the property to give it a fresh comfortable feel but have retained many original features. One of which is the splendid stone fireplace which now houses a log burning stove. The cottage is nestled within the old part of town, located on a quiet street and within a 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a small enclosed front patio area.

Located close to the market town where there are bars, restaurants and lovely little shops. We also offer private parking for one car.
