The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. The flat comprises a bright South-facing living/dining room with TV, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with a double bed and ample cupboard and drawer space.

Within the grounds of the our property, it is very private. It offers a wonderfully relaxing stay with walks in stunning countryside. There is plenty of wildlife around and deer sightings (especially at dusk) are optional! With an award winning pub a short walk away, what more could you want.

Easel Cottage near Wells: an art-filled hideaway

An art lovers home with spirited interiors. Easel Cottage dates from 1880 and sits on the highest point of South Horrington village, just outside Wells, affording it a superb viewpoint. A former part of Mendip Hospital, the cottage is full of charm and character, with art work and vintage furnishings throughout. This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.
