Cozy little house near rink!

This unique little house is our home away from home and now we want to share it with others! We purchased this home because of it's location relative to the Crescent Point Place hockey rink (our farm is a bit of a drive and we have three kids in hockey). A bonus is that it's also within walking distance to the downtown area and lots of restaurants and shopping opportunites! Our little house is full of character and charm and all the comforts of home...including a great backyard to relax in!

640 acres of space to roam with solitude and a 4 bedroom bedroom home to stay in. This historic farm house was built in 1908 and in our family for 4 generations. The property is all grassland - either pasture or hay, so great habitat for upland game and deer. Dogs are welcome but not allowed past the laundry room/mud room. Hunting access is available through LandTrust website. The well water has a color to it so bring your drinking water!

Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun. Great outdoor BBQ patio. This home is great for larger family gatherings or for anyone traveling to Williston. Close to many things in town. This is also a great home for hunting trips. Hunting dogs are welcome to stay in the garage during the stay. **Although dogs are not permitted in the house, the host does have a dog that will be in the house between certain stays**

Very economical, comfy, and quiet. When we showed up we saw the kids running around and being kids. But once we followed the easy and straightforward instructions to get inside. The house became quiet and it felt like we were the only ones in the home. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Estevan
