Each tipi has as two burner stove, 3 gallons of water, a pot, coffee fixing things, a propane lantern and a solar lantern. There is no electricity on the property and an outdoor solar shower available if desired. Sleeping places (pad, sheets, blankets and pillows) can be set up for a total fee of $30 for 4 payable on arrival; more available for $10. Please request this when making a reservation.

Hulett is a small town, and everything is within a half mile. This includes the grocery store, two cafes, bank, hardware store, and two bars. There is a fancy steakhouse at the golf course. The town library is just across the street. Devils Tower is about 15 miles away. You can easily visit Mt. Rushmore and the Crazy Horse memorial in a day trip, and come back to a quiet and comfortable evening.

Hideout is a cozy space for the solo traveller or couple, in the heart of Hulett town. It is a short 15mins drive to Mato Tipila (Devil’s Tower). So the location was great. The space is brand new, and clean and well appointed. Pete was a good host, and we would recommend this space to others coming into this part of the country.

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious king-size bed with white linens, set within a modern niche. Above, a ceiling fan is installed, while a window allows natural light to fill the room. Dark accents complement the light gray walls.

We loved this place! It's cozy, has little extras that were useful when traveling, abundant wildlife right outside the windows, super kid friendly. This checked so many boxes and was so relaxing. Loren was great! Very responsive and friendly. This place is settled at the end of a caldasac in a treed area. Close enough to amenities and yet far enough away to be private and quiet. So many turkeys and deer wandering right in the front and back yard, the kids loved it. kids rooms were great, lots of new books that everyone enjoyed.

This place was amazing. Host was fantastic. Place was clean very highly recommend even better than described.

This is a beautiful home. It’s welcoming as soon as you walk in. Lots of windows to see the scenery. It’s just like the pictures and even better! I enjoyed sitting on the porch with my coffee and breakfast waiting for the sun to rise over the trees. Then in the evening, we sat on the back deck. What a lovely home!

Absolutely beautiful home with serene surroundings! It was so incredibly peaceful, enjoyable and relaxing. This home ranks 10 out of 10! We did not want to leave.

The open living and dining area features a large sectional sofa, a wooden dining table surrounded by chairs, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Natural light filters in through multiple windows adorned with dark curtains, creating a warm and functional space.

Beautiful hunting cabin

The house is located on a beautiful cattle ranch which is family owned and operated. We got to WY a couple days early and Chis made arrangements for us to get into the house a day early. When we arrived his wife had a crockpot full of chili made and waiting on the counter along with Fritos and bag of shredded cheese. It is a second story house above his garage so you do have to climb steps to get to living quarters. We actually met Chris the second day we was there and he told us if we need anything to let him know. He personally brought us a grill, charcoal and lighter fluid from his house. It was late in spring turkey season but birds was still gobbling and we managed to harvest a couple of birds off their ranch. Definitely planning on visiting again. All way around a fine place and friendly people!

Was an awesome stay! Sandra was such a sweet host. Probably our favorite host! Kids loved staying and it was an amazing time to get unplugged and be in a peaceful home. Was a beautiful adventure. We enjoyed our entire time there!!!
