We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. Charming house 120 m2 5 min to beach + garden terrace

Nice house with lots of comfort and tastefully decorated. You can easily walk to restaurants on the harbor. You will also find shops, the casino, the media cinema and swimming pool. The beach is a 5-minute walk. Mers-les-Bains is a 15-minute walk via the walkways. Also the Baie de Somme is 15 kilometers away. A little further away Rouen, Amiens, Le Touquet etc...
