The house is beautifully done up And interiors are fairly new and the host has stacked the house with very good amenities in the kitchen and wash room and living room. The rooms are comparatively small but manageable and the living room in the ground floor makes up. It’s the best place in the house

We had a wonderful stay with Karen and Nick. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and described on Airbnb. They were incredibly friendly and empathetic hosts. We slept like we were in the clouds – the bed was soft and cosy. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with fresh towels provided every other day. Our room was cleaned regularly, with fresh water, coffee, and milk replenished daily. We can wholeheartedly recommend Karen and Nick’s accommodation to anyone. Hope to see you again soon!

I booked Ursula place last minute and was impressed with the experience. The space was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and exactly as described -perfect for what I needed. Despite the late booking, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made everything seamless. it felt comfortable, welcoming, and genuinely like a home away from home. I'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place to stay.

Communication was very efficient. Instructions on how to get to their home from where we landed was also offered without us having to ask 🥰 (Which was exactly what we Googled!) Graham and Richard gave a warm welcome when we arrived. Their home was absolutely lovely! Spacious quarters for ourselves - which were very clean and tidy. We ate at the common area near the beautiful garden of theirs. We were lucky enough to have meals here during the summer. We were fortunate to have some time to get to know our gracious host, who were happy to do the same :) West Hampstead area was an easy 18-30mins tube right to central London. And it’s only 1 change to get the Elizabeth line to Heathrow airport. Thank you very much Graham and Richard for a short sweet home away and for all your help with everything! Carol’s lovely home is bright and airy. Shared bathroom is pristine, and I only saw one other person use it once. It was practically “mine”. As a solo female traveller, the very safe neighborhood (even late at night) and the leisurely 2 min walk to the train were a plus. Everyone on Airbnb SAYS they are a 2-min walk to everything, but Carol’s home literally is. Grocery, pubs, cafes, fine dining, and a lovely waterfront walkway in town, provide anything you might need. Carol herself is warm and friendly. Very responsive and helpful. Just a lovely human. 🙂 Note: The 30-min train ride into central London is not the tube. It’s a very comfortable, air conditioned “suburban line”. No transfers. Just walk the two mins, relax for 30, and you’re at Waterloo station, from which you can get anywhere. Can’t say enough good things. Be sure to check out the “French” cafe Feathers and Heart. Great food and service. *Gorgeous* garden with several shaded seating areas, and it is y ruly quiet.

The host was very receptive and made me comfortable as soon as I entered the place. It was overall a good experience and I would love to come back & stay with them during my next London visit.

Great for a stay of 5 days for 4 people! Spacious, well-equipped apartment with good wifi. The location is convenient, with a bus stop nearby making it easy to reach the tube stations to get to central London — allow an average of 40 minutes (Bus + Train). The big plus for me: a parking lot located at the foot of the building, very nice in London. Small downside: the apartment deserves some refreshments, especially in the baseboards, the bathroom and the hardwood floor. Nothing prohibitive though, especially for a short trip. A big thank you to Ace Suite for their welcome, the opportunity to settle in earlier on the day of our arrival, as well as for the welcome basket which was much appreciated!

Thank you so much to Stella for welcoming us into her beautiful place in West Hampstead. Highly recommend the apartment and Stella as a host. She is incredibly proactive, friendly and welcoming and she made our stay in London incredibly easy and enjoyable. The location is fantastic, in a peaceful neighbourhood and only a few minutes walking to the village centre. Easy transport options into the city centre of London. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Stella’s place in the future!

This flat is so nice and comfortable easy to navigate to and from the city once you figure out where exactly the location is. Finding the flat itself was more complicated than I'm use to as it is unclear from GPS and the check in included another location entirely. The door to the flat was extremely difficult to open however that did not discourage our over all stay. This was a great space it was beautiful relaxing and quiet. We felt safe and comfortable the entire stay

We stayed at Gerry’s apartment right after moving to London while waiting for our permanent apartment to become available. Gerry’s place is located two blocks from the Jubilee line tube, which was very convenient. The apartment worked great for me, my partner and our pets. It provided us with enough space and comfort to live for two weeks. There are some great walkable restaurants (sushi, Italian, etc). Gerry is extremely accommodating.

Couldn’t fault anything, from the ease of getting in to the lovely crisp bedding and towels and sparkling clean flat. Justin and Lou always on hand if we needed anything which we didn’t as EVERYTHING we needed to know was written in the guide left in the flat. If we could give more than 5 stars we would and we’d tell anyone if they were thinking of staying not to hesitate and book it! 😍

Anastasia is a very attentive host. She is very responsive and extremely polite. The place was in a great location for what we needed and public transportaion is easily accesible. Private parking was available most of the time which is rare in this part of London. The place was clean, fresh and practical. There were two flight of stairs to get to the flat which was not a problem for us.

Joo is a wonderful host and her home is wonderful. Right off the West Hampstead tube station, it was easy to get across city. In evening it was a great place to get to diverse and delicious restaurants and bars! Loved our stay!

I had a lovely stay at Zea's place. The flat is exactly as described and as in the photos on the listing. The flat is perfect for a longer stay with a full kitchen and laundry, along with space to relax or work. The private entry makes it easy to come and go without disturbing the hosts. The location on a residential street is quiet and private. It's a quick walk to the Tube station to get to central London. A supermarket, pharmacy, other stores and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, as is Golders Hill Park and Hampstead Heath. Zea is easy to reach and responds quickly. She left a welcome basket of fruit and a jar of her homemade marmalade, which was delicious! I felt at home, and will definitely look to see if Zea's flat is available the next time I visit London!

Honey was so kind and responsive and her place was absolutely darling. It was the perfect spot. In a walkable area, near a lot of restaurants and a grocery store and coffee shops. And it was so cozy. A great kitchen and bathroom and a lovely living room. Absolutely perfect

We absolutely loved our stay at Johnny’s place in Hampstead. The location is just perfect—on a quiet, tree-lined residential street that feels peaceful and private, yet only steps away from the high street. Everything you need is close by: great restaurants, cozy cafés, pubs, shops, and even a grocery store if you want to cook at home. The apartment itself was spotless and so thoughtfully put together. Every little detail has been considered, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable. The beds were cozy, the bath was relaxing, and the whole space felt warm and welcoming. You really feel like you can just settle in and unwind. It’s also a short walk to the tube, so getting around London was super easy. And being so close to Hampstead Heath was amazing—we spent a lot of time there soaking in the beautiful scenery. We had such a great experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thanks so much, Johnny, for creating such a lovely space!

Flat was great. Great to have a full kitchen and two bathrooms. Location was super convenient as well. Having the co-op next door was super handy. Cricklewood Station was a great connection point to get all over town. Train and bus service was fantastic. We saw a show at Wembley, and this was a great location to get to the stadium without being too close to the traffic. We’d certainly stay here again.

Absolute lovely place in a quiet area of London. The flat is exactly as described and it has everything you need for a short or long stay. Totally recommended, would love to come back!

Stunning property with a beautiful backyard with grass. Great location with plenty of walking option. Right next to the heath (0.4miles).Multiple grocery stores nearby. Hampstead underground has the northern line that we used to go to central areas. Very friendly host who went above and beyond to welcome us. Some special touches like the welcome package and wine were highly admirable. We had a very enjoyable holiday with our two dogs. We will certainly stay again if we have the opportunity! A beautiful flat with absolutely everything you need and a huge tub to soak in after hours of walking around lovely Hampstead. Clean and tidy with a lovely leafy outlook and super quiet being at the back of the building. It was perfect for me to work, get around for meetings, relax in the evenings, get my workouts in and easy access to go out at night and catch a show. Enough to cook and stay in and plenty of restaurants to eat out, great coffee shops, beautiful food market and so close to Hampstead tube. If you would like more variety it’s an easy enough walk to Swiss cottage for a huge Waitrose and two big gyms to choose from with a bus back up the hill if you’re carrying a lot of groceries. Dan is a great host, friendly and responsive and his instructions were super easy to follow. Certainly ticked ALL the boxes for me and so I will be back.
