Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

La Petite Vigne

A little gem set in a peaceful yet central part of Sancerre. Perfect for a couple wanting to explore the area and its famous wines, studying at the local language school, or the Loire in general. La Petite Vigne is tucked away in a quiet residential quarter with some lovely views of the vineyards.

Accommodation in the middle of the vineyards and the vineyard estate, depending on the period and the work to be done in the vineyards, there may be some noise (tractors, etc.) Apart from that you will be in the vineyards of the south of the Sancerre appellation and close to Menetou-Salon (15-minute drive). The pottery village of La Borne is a 20-minute drive away and the center of Sancerre is 10 minutes away.
