In a very quiet and silent street our cosy 3 double bedrooms and one studio our house has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Lovely sunny patio with pool and a nice games room with log burner to enjoy it even during winter evenings. I am a mum of 4 so I care very much about your kids. You will find here: pushchair, cot, high chair, plastic crockery, gate for stair, beach games. Plus you will be covered by all my tips and love for this island! :) I hope to meet you soon!

Amazing house close to the beach

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.

You will certainly not be disappointed or want for anything in renting this home away from home. Miguel is a very personable host that makes it his business to greet his guests on arrival and departure. He is very prepared and ready to welcome you. The house is in an excellent location and very close to the main square or downtown area of Santa Margalida, where you can dine in or take out from restaurants, bars or coffee shops. In addition, there's a grocery & butcher shop as well. Street parking is offered. The house comes with all amenities listed and is in pristine condition. There are several outdoor patios for dining. Miguel welcomed us with a fridge full of assorted drinks, dessert and a bowl full of fruit from his own land. Several of the best beaches are at most 15mins away. This property is an excellent find. I recommend Can Valenti 100%. I have decided this is my home away from home when I'm in Mallorca.

We had a wonderful vacation in this great vacation home in Mallorca! The house is very spacious and has three different terraces – on the upper terraces you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bay and the sea. Especially in the morning with the first coffee, this view was simply wonderful. The house was very clean upon our arrival. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. Especially practical: one of the bathrooms is directly connected to the master bedroom. The decor is tastefully chosen, and the couch in the living room invites you to relax – super cozy! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and didn't want to leave at all. We would highly recommend this house!

The house was exactly what we needed - very clean, comfy, and has everything you need for a family for few days. The bikes in the garage were a great addition - we've cycled everyday around the town and to the beach (so much easier than driving). Ignasi was very responsive and we felt very comfortable in his house. Highly recommended place.

Would highly recommend Can Cadony and Soller. The house is wonderful and so close to shops, café’s and restaurants. Yet the house and garden are so peaceful. Great location, and easily accessible. Check out the nearby Imperfectas coffee shop for the best breakfast and coffee. We hope to return!
