It has air conditioning and central heating inthe entire Villa. It has a free uncovered parking with capacity for 3 cars.

It´s an ideal starting point for cycling, hiking, kitesurfing. Various beaches are 15 - 20 min away. Ca´n Bini is perfect for families, couples, and everybody who likes sports and nature. The villa is located in an upscale, quiet and friendly neighborhood called Son Toni - 10 minutes from Pollenca and 15 minutes from Alcudia´s old town.

Crestatx is very village on the outskirts of Sa Pobla. Crestatx has a peaceful, traditional, atmosphere; you can feel that you are in Spain. It is only a short drive to Puerto Pollensa. Sa Pobla has a Sunday market; enjoy coffee and cake in the square at a fraction of the cost of more popular areas. The nearest supermarket is on the outskirts of the Sa Pobla (as you enter the town) on the right. Easy to find. There is also a bus service if you wish to leave the hire car at the villa.

Spacious gardens (ca. 2.500 m2) with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença. Large, partly covered terraces (ca. 60 m2) surrounding the house and a big adjacent barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m). Mixing Mallorquin and German styles, the renovation of the house was finished in July 2018 using mostly eco friendly, non-toxic materials.
