The proximity to the access to the Drôme River (100 m) allows you to enjoy swimming areas. All shops within 200 m. Accessible via public transport (train, bus). Bike storage available. Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche, all comforts and fully equipped, located 100 m walk from the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). The studio has independent access, our guests have the possibility to have an inflatable paddle for walks along the Ardèche free of charge (do not hesitate to ask) as well as coffee. Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

The two arches

My place is a village house, which has a staircase to access the floor and then after all the rooms are on one level however there are a few steps. The house has a separate kitchen from a large living room with a sofa bed, a room with a double bed and a bathroom. There is a small terrace. Our house is part of the history of the village, it represents the old Provencal houses. We added essential equipment.

This accommodation is perfectly located at the entrance to the village, in front of the river, offers easy access to all sites and amenities. We are just at the entrance to the heart of the village, in the summer season it can be very lively! If you are looking for calm, choose a rental in the countryside. Please understand that the sofa is a 2nd or 3rd bed but extra.
