House by the river

We offer our house for your moments of relaxation. Conveniently located, ≈ one hour from various Ardèche tourist sites (Pont d'Arc, Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac...). On the banks of the Ouvèze River, with beautiful swimming spots. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 terrace, 1 balcony, 2 living rooms and 1 fully equipped kitchen. Some special features: Miaou the cat may pay you a visit Roadside house on the north side, river on the south side The king size bed mattress is a futon.

Little slice of heaven

Our gîte awaits you in a little piece of paradise, a preserved and quiet place. Guests can take advantage of private swimming, family-friendly activities (hiking, gentle path by the Eyrieux, aquatic hiking, canoeing, mountain biking tours from the vacation rental...). All the comforts of home: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, small freezer, gas barbecue, internet access. In the village 2 km away, grocery store, bakery, bar, restaurants.

Enjoy the calm of a family home nestled in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Park, in a beautiful hamlet, on the Dolce Via, and with private river access! Your 85 m2 cottage with panoramic solarium allows you to make the most of the surrounding nature and the activities that the valley offers: cycling, canoeing, tree climbing... and all the shops are within 4 km. The gîte is upstairs with a separate entrance. We live downstairs and are available as needed.

New 2-person studio in the heart of a lively village

Bright 15 m2 studio, renovated and independent, on the ground floor of a village house. You will find 1 160 x 200 bed for 2, a kitchen area and a bathroom. The accommodation offers Wi-Fi and TV. The proximity to the access to the Drôme River (100 m) allows you to enjoy swimming areas. All shops within 200 m. Accessible via public transport (train, bus). Bike storage available. We will be happy to welcome you and advise you on local activities.

Zette's House

The house is located in the heart of the village with shops, pharmacy and doctor's office, casino, restaurants, snack, bar, bookstore and organic producer store in the area. For activities you can enjoy the Drôme River located 50 m from the house with picnic areas, you can also rent canoes and vintage mopeds. For children, a sports complex 200 m from the house with soccer and basketball courts and for the little ones a playground.

Water mill

You'll love this getaway in a magical and original place with river views and a private beach. The mill was renovated with poetry to promote an atmosphere of peace and sweetness. Perfect for experiencing a moment suspended in the cradles of nature's waves. This mill is also located right next to the greenway, the Dolce Via, perfect for wild walks or bike rides. The place is close to a small supermarket and markets in the area.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Warm with all the comforts, the 35 m² Mimosa cottage on the banks of the Drôme offers you a premium service with stunning panoramic views of the Drôme River and the Diois Mountains. A very bright living space with a bay window overlooking the terrace that overlooks the river, a fully equipped and very functional integrated kitchen with everything you need to cook good meals.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

The two arches

My place is a village house, which has a staircase to access the floor and then after all the rooms are on one level however there are a few steps. The house has a separate kitchen from a large living room with a sofa bed, a room with a double bed and a bathroom. There is a small terrace. Our house is part of the history of the village, it represents the old Provencal houses. We added essential equipment.

This accommodation is perfectly located at the entrance to the village, in front of the river, offers easy access to all sites and amenities. We are just at the entrance to the heart of the village, in the summer season it can be very lively! If you are looking for calm, choose a rental in the countryside. Please understand that the sofa is a 2nd or 3rd bed but extra.
