You enter on the street side, access by 3 steps, into a bright living room consisting of a living room area, dining area and equipped kitchen. This living room is dual-aspect and overlooks a flower garden (accessible by a few steps) with a dominant view of the Bourbonnaise countryside. The property has three bedrooms.
