The views and Infiniti pool was awesome. I heard piano playing from the main house while I was in there which was charming.

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

We had an amazing stay at this home. We stayed with my sister, her husband, and their two kids, and the space was perfect for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit—great for relaxing and letting the kids burn off some energy. Inside, there were tons of games that kept everyone entertained, and the massive TV made for awesome movie nights. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to hang out together while still having our own space. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly spot in a great location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

The house was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of space, two full bathrooms and small patio space and a pool. The neighborhood felt safe and my husband and teenager daughter had no issues in their morning runs. The walk to the restaurants and shops was easy and safe. The house is situated not far from I-5 so there is highway background noise but that wasn't a bother for us. The landscaping helped the back yard space feel like an oasis. We had great communication for the Air Concierge team and their house instructions were clear and well written.

We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet (just some noise in mornings from bin collection), but still close to Beverly Hills, etc. The place was spotless, and hosts were responsive.

Great place to say for a weekend getaway. It was a perfect distance away from Sofi Stadium. Went to a concert and it only took us 15mins to get back with traffic. The place is really nice and well kept.

What a sensational week we enjoyed at Jonathan’s exceptional two-bedroom Airbnb in the eclectic & authentic West Adams neighborhood. This bright, secure and well-appointed spot exudes LA charm and made for the ideal home base for exploring the city. The relaxed, roomy interior was perfect for our party of three – A+ beds, a terrific kitchen, updated bathrooms and thoughtful designer touches. Jonathan’s home offers an inviting living room with “mini library”, a cool backyard and BBQ – there’s even orange trees where you’ll harvest your morning juice…how So-Cal is that? Our host's suggestions for discovering the area were well-received – West Adams is an energetic “true LA” part of town, so we enjoyed fun restaurants, coffee shops and quirky murals that adorn the local architecture. There are easy drives to nearby hikes like Baldwin Hill and simple freeway access to the full slate of LA attractions. Thanks, Jonathan, for sharing your place & being an excellent host! This is a great option for anyone looking for accommodation in the West Adams neighborhood. The indoor space is cozy (as advertised), but the outdoor space is very useable. We stayed with two kids, which worked fine. It would be also be great for just a solo traveler or a couple.

Aaron’s place was just perfect. As soon as you walk in it smells amazing, and clean. It’s just the right amount of space. Very tidy and clean. The goodie basket was nice and all the extra touches. Was perfect for what we needed. Aaron & Dane were super attentive and helpful. Communication was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Family of four, two teenagers. who loved having their own room/bed space. The hot tub was a welcome relief after s long day of travel in, and during the cool evening nights the backyard setting was an absolute oasis The kitchen and. laundry machines were great amenities. The location is great for getting in and out of downtown LA or to Santa Monica Beach...it was less than 15 minutes each way. Would gladly rebook Charles Place for future visits that we may have to the downtown LA, LA Live, Coliseum, convention center or Dodger stadium. Hosts were great with communication and quickly replied to queries. . Highly recommend.

Immaculately clean and super responsive hosts. They even left us a gift when we arrived because we were in LA to celebrate one of our kids’ wedding. So thoughtful!

The home was a perfect getaway with the open floor plan, views, & the back yard. The hosts were very responsive & answered any questions I had right away. The neighborhood was very quiet & the driveway that led right up to the front door was perfect for private easy access in and out. I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely recommend it.

Rose Ann’s place was just as described. It’s got privacy if that’s what you want but also can be opened up to the beautiful back yard and patio by the pool. Very nice place

I love this house and the neighborhood is just so fun to walk around. Very convenient location with a lot to do! Host was friendly and helpful from the time we secured the reservation and all during our stay! That door out to the front outdoor sitting area and those climbing flowers. To die for! Thanks again!

It’s an excellent experience to stay at Amie’s house. We have a very tight schedule in LA made us exhausted. Every time we back to Amie’s house, we feel back to own ‘Home’. It is quiet, cozy, clean and safe. Location is convenient. grocery store nearby 4 to 5 minutes by driving. I have a sleep problem but I can rest well in Amie’s house. Amie is friendly and hospitable, responses timely if I have any questions. Definitely will choose Amie’s house when I visit LA next time.

Renee and her husband were very kind and helpful whenever we needed something. The place needed some extra cleaning by the time we checked in, it wasn’t a problem for us to leave and come back but it wasn’t ready on time. However their kindness and thorough service made up for it. The neighborhood felt safe even at night which was important to me. They have a nice yard and a lockable gate. Might not be the best location if you are elder because the stairs lead up to the bedroom which is a bit small. It worked well for me and I would stay there again. Thank you Renee!
