I can’t express enough how wonderful Eric’s place was. He thought of every little thing and clearly marked items all the way down to where the trash bag’s were. The game room was wonderful, the kids loved it! Strollers, ice chest anything and everything you need while on vacation, he had it! The home was roomy and clean. We decided this will be our new destination when visiting LA.Eric was also available for any and all questions you had responding quickly. Thank you Eric for a wonderful experience 😊

We stayed at Dan & Iryna's home for a week with our daughter and grandkids for spring break. The 3 boys ages 6, 9 & 11 loved the pool and never wanted to leave! We had plenty of room. The house was clean and had plenty of supplies. The area is peaceful and quiet. We would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful place, quiet and relaxed. Great conditions for children. No hazards, and safety precautions throughout the property. Great for big families !

Anh was super responsive and helpful and we were able to reserve her place with such short notice during late evening hours. She allowed us to check in early as well. The house was clean with lots of natural light, beautiful pool, peaceful and comfortable. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it. Thanks Anh for your speedy responses. My family of 6 stayed for a quick vacation for a family event at the Beverly Hills hotel. This Airbnb was perfect and centrally located. We went shopping one day at The Grove, which is always a fun time. It was fun taking morning walks and looking at all the beautiful homes. There’s a cute French bakery within walking distance from the house named La Provence Patisserie & Cafe. It has a huge variety from full breakfast and lunch plus yummy bakery items. Deborah was very responsive during our stay.

Carmen was extremely wonderful and responsive. Lots of nice little touches that were not expected. Highly recommend

Great location for our adventures at Universal Studios. Easy to get Ubers and close to the airport. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

We stayed for two nights at the adorable Golden Ave bungalow leading up to our first cruise on the Pacific side and our first time in Long Beach. We picked the bungalow because of its location to the cruise port and I love the character of 1950’s style homes. The California king in the bedroom was a nice surprise and comfortable! I also loved the shower and all the amenities. One day we walked over to the Potholder Cafe then from there to the Aquarium. To address a negative review, yes you can hear your surrounding neighbors at times during the day when they are outside but also keep in mind the house is older so insulation was diff then.

Loved staying here in Downey , mark was very respectful and very easy to get in contact with. Definitely would stay again !

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

Judy was a great host. She communicated very well. She provided us with a lot of resources of things to do in the area. Even when she had work getting done at the house, you proactively reached out to us and let us know and I also did not interrupt the trip. Lastly, she cooked eggrolls for the family if you’re staying in the Anaheim area and you have children, I will definitely recommend June’s place especially for a kid friendly Airbnb.

Would stay again next year.

Stephen and Brian were wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home and we could not rate them highly enough. Pantry and fridge were well stocked which made our very tired selves so happy after a very long trip and we had a little welcome bottle of bubbles which made us feel very special. Rarely see such generosity in Airbnb's today - it was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities were of a high standard. We felt very private in the accommodation but so well located to places we wanted to see and to stores and restaurants. Both Stephen and Brian were very friendly and helpful and only too keen to help us if required. So good!

Fred’s place was absolutely stunning and idyllic. Many thoughtful touches, private parking, very clean and very centrally located. It was sad to only stay there a couple of days. It was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at for sure. Fred is also obviously very committed to being a warm, communicative and accommodating host. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Thanks so much Fred!

Beautiful house with an amazing porch. Sat outside every morning and evening. Spacious so we could spread out - important with teenagers. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook dinner at home.

Veronica’s home was perfect! Peaceful, beautifully decorated and attention to detail. One of my best stays in Los Angeles. Hope to stay here again.

This was my second time staying at Ashai's property and it was just as amazing as the first time. Ashai is an incredible host who is very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend anyone vacationing to Long Beach to stay in this house. The location is perfect, about 2-3 miles from the beach and it feels very private considering it is in a neighborhood. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Charles house had all you need. We are a family with a disabled person, so not having to go upstairs in the house was great. There a few steps outside but they were manageable. Location was perfect for us. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and even the beach. Would highly recommend. It had a cute back house also which was great for our travel companion. A great place to stay I highly recommend.
