This is our third year in a row staying here while visiting family. The owners Kim and Hope should be treasured. The animals are well cared for, and they are very responsive and kind if you need anything. Getting to see the horses in the morning, and having coffee with the cows can't be beat.

The Overlook- Spectacular views!

Really nice and quiet place. There’s a car port with room for 2 vehicles and a 5 acre lake behind the house. We had a great experience and we’d go back again if we were ever in the area.

Beautiful house, wonderful location. We booked the house for a partial weekend. Andy worked with us on early check in and late check out so we could make the most of our short weekend! He also worked with us on pricing. House was immaculate, had everything we needed. We used the boat dock and brought our small dog. Perfect for a family of 6. Beds super comfortable. Priceless views. Be prepared to use steps as the house sits on a hill. Our boys caught plenty of fish off of the dock too! Highly recommend, would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The home had everything you could need during your stay. We loved sitting on the back porch and overlooking the beautiful/ private property. Ryan and Jackie were both great about letting us know when they would be there to mow or work in the garden. We will definitely be coming back!

Cottage was right on the lake and super convenient to some of the local amenities like the boat rental and bar and restaurant. Felt right at home with plenty of space and all linens towels and blankets were included. Tina has a few places in Canadohta so if we had any issues or questions she was right there to help us out. This was my second time staying in this Butler cottage and I highly recommend it for groups of five or less.
