Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Crawford County

A cozy cottage with a huge fenced yard for our dog. We were so impressed with how well stocked the coffee/ tea bar was. And all the thoughtful touches throughout like bowls for the dog and even a “dog” towel hanging near the back door to dry off wet feet. Bath salts and nice soaps in the bathroom too. After an unexpected 3 inch snowfall overnight we received an early morning message from Amy checking on us to see if we needed anything. She is an awesome host! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit family & friends in the area.

This is such a nice place! It was perfect for what we needed. it's very private and quiet. The host obviously takes time to add their personal touch to the place.

Spacious, spotless, and so homey. We had plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well supplied. We spent some time at Pymatuning State Park which was just down the road, and we saw a bald eagle there.

Knot R Lake was great. beautiful view and a very relaxing place for a weekend getaway. 10/10.

Had a wonderful stay! Gene was a great host! The home and surrounds are beautiful! Can’t wait to return during warmer weather to enjoy the outside amenities. Views of the river in the snow were gorgeous. We loved the decor, books and the special touches for guest like the gorgeous flowers, drinks and breakfast food:) Highly recommend!!

My family and I had a great stay! Rob was very responsive and helpful and even met us at the house to show us around when we checked in. It’s such a cute house and would be perfect for a nice summer getaway right by the lake! We will definitely be back!

We had the best vacation with wonderful memories. The most important part of our vacation was having a place to enjoy with our older dog who loves to swim. This may be our last summer with him and coming to Higbys was the best decision. They directed us immediately to the swimming area for him and it was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way. Thank you for one of the best vacations. The memories will last a lifetime!

Sarah was so easy to work with! She was very understanding and accommodating. The camper we initially booked had an ac issue so she put us a different one. Jenn is the campground host and she made sure we had everything we needed. We had to cut our trip short, but our brief stay was a pleasant experience. I would say if you are not used to camper life, don't book one for vacay. We are so it was exactly the experience we were looking for. The playground was fun for the boys and the setting peaceful.

Very cute cabin located within walking distance to the campground, little park, and Sally’s place. Easy to find and fit our needs for the trip.

The hosts were welcoming and responsive. The campground was well maintained and quiet. All of the other campers were friendly during our stay. Being so close to the creek would have made fishing or kayaking easy, but we just ran out of time! I appreciated all of the extra amenities including playground equipment, individual fire rings, a pool, swings, pavilion and bathrooms. With not a lot of choices in this area, we were happy to find this place and enjoyed our stay. P.S. we had great cellular service during our stay and were able to use our apps to watch tv and remain connected to the world.

Lovely little spot next to a lake. We were there in early April for a solar eclipse, but it was clear there would be lots of fun things to do in the summer. The neighborhood is tightly packed with little vacation homes, which is not my cup of tea, but other members of my family loved it. The cabin was clean, well maintained and perfect for our weekend get away. The view of the lake in the morning was peacefull and lovely.

Amazing view! Had the best time dipping my toes in the lake and watching the sunset with my girlfriend over dinner time. Was clean and pictures do not do it justice! From a super host, this is one of the best stays I’ve had in a while!

We stayed at this unit over the holidays while visiting family and loved the space! The unit is immaculately clean and like brand new and had very nice decor. It is fully stocked with great extras and had really comfy beds. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was absolutely perfect for our family. Access to the boat dock helped our son-n-law keep his boat in the water. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We knew the bathroom was small. My mother had a little bit of a struggle in the bathroom but we helped her and made it work! Great long weekend overall!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at the house and property!! We did a guys fishing trip. All family uncles, cousins etc… house accommodated all 10 of us with ease. We enjoyed hanging on outside porch. Taking hikes around the property. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items for coooking. All the beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommended staying here. Nice country setting.

It was a nice place right next to Pyumatuning lake. It was a few minutes from the local downtown, which was small, but had nice people and good places to eat. I was surprised by the presence of a game room. The area was beautiful and a great place to get away from busy-ness.
