Vacation rentals with a patio in Craven County

The host went above and beyond to make sure me and my children were ok and all chked in ! Local community was awesome

The unit couldn’t be in a better location from which to explore Oriental and the surrounding area. Very roomy accommodations and having a separate half bath was very convenient. The front porch provided a nice comfortable area to unwind at the end of the day.

This place was very cute and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for cooking (pots, pans), plus some nice extras like blender and mixer!

Overall Jim’s listing is great, the house is beautiful and the surrounding area is stunning, there isn’t any room for me to complain. Thanks!

The place was fabulous and spacious and also very clean. We were close to a lot of restaurants in New Bern and shopping centers. We would surely stay again.

We had a wonderful and much needed get away - Exploring New Bern was great - so convenient and we really appreciated how peaceful Lil'dock was. More spacious that the photos showed and so clean and neat! Enjoyed sitting on the back porch and seeing the sunset.

This was a perfect resting place while I was in New Bern on business. Separate entry and living space in a comfortable home was great to come back to at the end of the day. The house and yard are lovely. James and Jennifer are very hospitable and thoughtful hosts who make the booking and experience easy.

Michael was a very responsive host and very helpful. The house has an adorable older charm and I adore those types of homes. The hard floors were gorgeous and the arched doorways. The front porch was lovely to sit out and rock on the chairs. The location was quiet and peaceful in a residential neighborhood near downtown. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room in the garage in the back. There was plenty of information on places to go visit and/or eat in a binder and in an online website as well. We had everything we needed to eat there with all the kitchen supplies, etc. They also had games and puzzles inside. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

This was our second stay at Gabriela’s place. We visit family in the Havelock/Newport area and this is the ideal location for us. We travel with our 2 dogs and a fenced yard is a necessity. Gabriela’s place has a very large, safe yard. Perfect for us!

The house was clean and the kids loved the ping pong table. We liked that we could walk across street to the recreation center with a playground mini golf and a pool! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

This is a great place to stay and relax. Tim was very responsive and proactive. We were checking in the day after a bad snow storm and he contacted us right away to let us know how the roads were and what to expect. Since it was snowy and cold, we did not get to use the amenities. But the house is located right next to the kayak launch area and it was a very short drive to the pool/club house. We come to this area often and will definitely be staying here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Breeze Inn! The views were simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. Watching the sun dip below the horizon was a highlight of our trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. We also appreciated the binder with all the helpful information about the area – it made exploring so much easier. Overall, it was a very relaxing weekend getaway, and we can't wait to come back!

Yve’s place was wonderful. It was peaceful and perfect for our group. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. They loved running around off leash for a few days. Would highly recommend Yve’s listing to anyone looking for a place around Havelock or Newport.

This is a lovely house. Very spacious, much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Very comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Ice machine might need to be fixed. Lovely safe neighborhood and very pet friendly. We will back, we had a fabulous time. Thank you 🥰

Sandra’s place was just as described. Pictures are accurate and the space is very nice. Sandra was very responsive to messages and very timely with responses as well. We enjoyed our time there . For my wife and I the bed was a little too firm but that’s just a matter of opinion and preference. Sandra was a flexible host and gave us the opportunity to check in at an earlier time. It was a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Fairfield Harbour condo! The unit was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The view overlooking the Neuse River was absolutely beautiful—perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening unwinding after a day of exploring. The layout was ideal for our group, offering privacy between the two bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it super comfortable for two couples. The master bath’s walk-in shower was a nice touch, and the second bath’s deep tub was perfect for a relaxing soak. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to historic downtown New Bern, where we enjoyed everything from Tryon Palace to the birthplace of Pepsi, charming shops, and fantastic local restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything we needed. We also appreciated having access to the community recreation center—it really added to the experience!
