Located in the heart of New Bern, the colonial capital of North Carolina, 301 on Hancock Street offers an opportunity to experience a fully restored 1849 dwelling with updated amenities. The structure originally served as the dependency for the Edward R Stanley house, offices were located in the front of the upper and lower floors with kitchen, laundry and enslaved quarters to the rear. 301 on Hancock is only a block from Tryon Palace as well as restaurants, shops, and the waterfront.

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

Oriental Village is a charming southern village on the Neuse River with a coastal atmosphere. It’s a peaceful town where you can unwind and relax and enjoy the sunsets. At the waterfront, you can watch fishing boats, shrimp boats, and cruising sailboats come and go. You can discover restaurants, a fresh seafood market, boutique shops, a bakery and wine bar, a brewery, and a stunning new art gallery, all within a short distance. It’s also an ideal village for biking or kayaking.
