I visit the 'Burgh a handful of times a year and I intentionally book every visit with Chad, Stephanie, and the rest of the team. They are top of the line hosts. They give their all to their guest 100% of the time and are always there if you need them. From the top on down you can tell that their team is always on the same page and are always the epitome of customer service and what anyone would expect from their host. Fantastic place right in downtown Pittsburgh! This was perfect for my work trip. Apartment is in a historic building, extremely clean, has everything you need. The view is also amazing. Great value for the money. My flight to Pittsburgh was delayed by 5 hours and Lavaugh was very responsive about any changes for checking in. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Pittsburgh!

Milo's place was exactly as advertised. Clean house, all the amenities we needed, and fantastic views. Basic toiletries provided. Bring quarters so you can enjoy the binoculars on the sidewalk for the city skyline. (Not part of the rental, just nearby). Just a note for any future stayer - the beds are high but super comfortable.

My family and I had a lovely stay here over the holidays. Parking is easy, and it was easy to access the unit. Everything was clean and comfortable, and was very little noise from the street. The bathroom having a heated floor was a nice perk as well! Would stay here on another visit :) thank you to our hosts!

John's place was perfectly as described. Nice quiet neighborhood, and with good public transit access (which can be rare in Pittsburgh). I'd recommend to anyone coming to town for an event, but not necessarily being right downtown. The place was well set up for an extended stay as well, better equipped than most long term rentals I've used.

very nice place. There are a few areas that were covered with stickers due to previous damage. I will say the window from the bedroom leading into the bathroom was a Lil bit of a shock but there is a blind that you can control to close it.

Great location, we went to an event at the PPG arena. Wonderful to have free parking as well. Price point and place match accordingly.

The hosts were very proactive with communicating any needs throughout my stay. They reacted professionally and quickly to ultimately help make me feel more at home. The area was safe, a lot of people walking around town. The brewery next to the bnb called sobels was fun as well.

Great place had some minor issues host went out of the way to accommodate us. Great price and value for new castle air bnbs

Great location! Main part of the strip district is a 10 minute walk with many restaurants and cafes even closer.

This place had everything we needed, and right in the heart of everything downtown!

Very much recommend this great one bedroom apartment across the street from the PPG Arena! Host was super responsive and helpful, apartment was incredibly clean, and the location was amazing. We easily walked to a Pirates game and to a Penguins game, plus excellent restaurants and attractions. Convenient parking, secure accommodations with on site security, and plenty of amenities in the apartment. Excellent experience!

This is a great location across from PPG paints Arena. The city is very walkable and the host responds readily. I would stay here again.

This place was awesome and beautiful. It is so cute and the location is incredible. My husband and I sat on our patio every morning and night to enjoy the view of the city and did not want to leave! The double security also made us feel so safe. I cannot recommend this place enough if you need a little getaway. Milo went above and beyond with helping me prior to us staying there and staying connected during our stay in case we had question. Thanks Milo!!!

Very convenient and very clean. We paid for the parking pass in the ramp next door and it was the best decision. There isn’t a lot of parking around downtown.
