'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

If you are looking for a home from home apartment in an exclusive development with free parking then this space will be perfect for you! It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a few days getaway. There is Alexa controlled Sonos music system and two smart televisions. Lovely apartment close to city, garden & driveway

This is not a good choice of apartment if you are looking to go out, get drunk, play loud music and make a lot of noise. I have neighbours with young children so there is zero tolerance on parties, loud music, disturbing the neighbours or having guests in the property in addition to the those who booked (2 max.). I will be advised of these situations and will have no option but to end your stay and seek compensation.
