Vacation rentals with a patio in Craig County

Perfect accommodations for our weekend trip. We were able to swing by the cafe for lunch on the way in and were immediately welcomed and the food was great! Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through Sinks Grove!

This was the perfect home away from home. Not only was it stylish, clean, and peaceful (I was working remotely while my husband was in a conference nearby), it was so perfectly located. We walked literally everywhere and really enjoyed its proximity to things! We will definitely look to book again when we can! Thanks Jason.

We had a GREAT stay!!! I’m from the area and came home to visit - was looking for a nicely located “base” and it was perfect. Will absolutely be keeping this in mind for more trips home. Even forgot a bag upon check out and was contacted promptly so that I could return and grab it.

The description said recently remodeled and it was accurate. Very upscale renovations, the bathroom even had the seat warmer and bidet, the shower was sensational, plenty of towels. The kitchen was all brand new appliances and tasteful living space with large screen tv there and one in the bedroom. The bedroom is light filled with 3 windows. Very comfy mattress and pillows. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of free curbside parking right out front. Easy to walk to downtown Roanoke for restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend breakfast at Our Daily Bread-just two short blocks away.

George was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed here during my son’s graduation week. I would absolutely come back and stay again. I will say the description says it sleeps 6, however there is a charge for more than 4 people to stay and the pull out couch for the 5/6 people is not comfortable. I would bring a mattress cover and additional blankets if you are sleeping more than 4. I would also bring some outdoor chairs or folding chairs. We used this as a place to gather w family after the ceremonies. Not close to much, but very quiet and private and the pool table was a bonus!

Easy to find, easy to check in. It was SO peaceful as if you had the whole place to yourself. It was wheel chair accessible. Had a full kitchen with all the stuff we needed to cook full meals. It was super clean all around . The dock area is wonderful and was peaceful to sit by the water. It’s not often you have access to 12 acres on the lake. No complaints. We would for sure stay here again.

We loved the location. Super close to downtown shopping and restaurants. The house was super cute, comfy beds and the screened in area outside was the best!

This is our 2nd stay at The Corner Cottage. When we arrived it immediately felt like home! The cottage is nicely decorated... Everything is given thought and it is comfortable and good quality. There is excellent climate control (both AC and heat). This year, morning coffee time included visits from a bunny and little groundhog while sitting on the backyard deck. The groundhog was also there in the evening, along with a young deer. 🥰 The location feels peaceful, safe, and it is very close to several great restaurants and shops. Rachel is so welcoming and responsive. Our daughter is fond of all the soft throw blankets, TV, and a space of her own during our stay. It is perfect for the three of us and if we aren't staying with family we can't imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you, Rachel!! 😊

My son and I were in town to see a show at the Berglund Center. Brandon’s place was so close to the venue and was the perfect location to stay. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful, pleasant visit to Roanoke.

The only thing missing were binoculars!!! What a beautiful, serene place! The four of us had such a good time! The highlight was visiting Tom Wynn’s Cobb Hill Alpaca Farm!! This home is so well built and cared for…everything worked and was up to date. We’ll definitely come again!!

What a great place to stay! Although the space is large (it's a former carriage house, after all), it still felt cozy and comfortable. The hosts have included meaningful touches to make the stay extra special (wine, snacks, high end cooking staples) and everything is organized and easy to find. Worth every penny. If you stay here: *make sure to visit the bakery - superb! *the inside stairs to the bedrooms are fairly steep; we used the outside ones in the back since our pup is old and gets nervous about stairs anyway - worked out great!

We were amazed the pictures looked GREAT, but being there was the Best!! Easy assessable, 1 story, the massive king size bed was awesome! Location is perfect, It was PERFECT for our two small fur babies that absolutely loved the patio fenced in area!!! Also, seeing the doe eating in the backyard behind the fence area was a delight for us! The Diner in walking distance was fabulous, clean, friendly local staff and the owner was so friendly! Breakfast and lunch was spot on! We have been and used airBNB many years now truly THIS IS ONE OF THE Best Places!!!!! Thanks for sharing this BLESSING with US!

This was a very clean home that was close to interstate to navigate the area.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Emily's lovely and bright airbnb. It was the perfect place to kick-off our 2-week road trip. Emily kindly allowed us to check in an hour early. This allowed us to eat an early dinner before heading out to see the Roanoke star on a day when storms were forecast for the evening. Luckily, we avoided any storms. Seeing the star was lots of fun! On the way back to the airbnb, we stopped off for some fro-yo at Sweet Frog, conveniently located just 5 minutes from Emily's place. Then our family enjoyed playing some ping-pong before calling it a night. Everything was so clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard is filled with birdsong, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. We felt very at home here, and we'd definitely return here if in the area again.

Great couples place with fantastic views! Short drive to restaurants and grocery. We really enjoyed our short stay here and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy and we enjoyed coffee in the morning overlooking the lake! We didn’t begin to use all the amenities offered as we were there for other reasons but a free boat slip, grill picnic areas and the pool were definitely inviting.

I just spent a long weekend at Patty’s condo with a group of girlfriends from high school. Our experience from beginning to end was exceptional. The condo is absolutely beautiful and was plenty roomy for our group of six. This was my first visit to Smith Mountain Lake - the area is beautiful, and the lake views from the condo are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. There is not one single thing I would change about the condo or the location. Patty was extremely responsive and eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Most places we've been to are as described which is great. THIS PLACE WAS BETTER THAN DESCRIBED! From beautiful views to comfortable furniture in such a spacious condo we absolutely loved it and will be back regularly!

This was a great place to stay for our first time visiting SML! Beautiful views and very comfortable. Only 10 min drive to the grocery store, which is good for this area.
