House vacation rentals in Cozes

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

A nice relaxing time after a long motorcycle ride. Pool, fountain, lights, nice and well arranged natural space. a much-appreciated breakfast to start the day. i recommend it.

Quiet stay in the countryside with the sound of the river as background music. Ideal for large group stays. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. There is nothing missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe discovery of the environment for all ages.

Stéphane and his wife are great hosts, they took great care of us, and what can I say about the house, the children simply forgot about screens and were able to enjoy the pool and tennis court and foosball and ping-pong and we enjoyed the jacuzzi😁. The place is very close to Royan, Palmyre and Bordeaux as well, so great for walks! Verdict: we'll be back!

Marion is an extremely kind person, focused on the well-being of the guest. We loved the house, each has their own bedroom with their own bathroom, which allows each person in due time to be either in a group or alone to rest, take a nap or read. Heaven. I would recommend this place without hesitation and we plan to come back!

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great time at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, a short walk to the beach. The kids had a great time and so did the adults! We had a really great stay. We enjoyed a relaxing few days by the pool. The accommodation was very clean and we found the hosts to be very friendly and communication was 10/10.

An excellent stay! The accommodation is in a very good location, close to the sea, shops and everything you need. The accommodation is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Host was welcoming, available, and responsive. I recommend it without hesitating and would be happy to come back!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

We had a very nice week at Angélique's. his friendly house is very nice, very clean, well-equipped Very nice host who immediately puts you at ease with good tips about places to visit our little dog loved the presence of the donkeys and the goat. We highly recommend it and will be back. Thank you Angélique.

We were delighted with our stay at Héloïse's, a small peaceful oasis in the middle of relaxing countryside. The accommodation is lovely, tastefully furnished, very convenient. Héloïse is super nice and Pio is adorable. We recommend this property.

There are homes that we love and forget, but at Janick's, it's different, we love, we adore, we appreciate the home, and above all, we don't forget it. The hosting was very warm. The house is extraordinary; it is very well arranged for people with reduced mobility. We were superbly welcomed. Everything was perfect. Janick gave us some great recommendations for visits and restaurants. We highly recommend this host. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to both of you.

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Beautiful house, very bright, in a beautiful environment facing Le Platin beach. We spent the Easter weekend there and enjoyed the view and the customs trail

Nadine is a very nice, unobtrusive hostess. We were very pleased with her house, adjacent to a small garden with terrace, on the other side of the house a green courtyard with shady tree, suitable both as a parking space for the car and as a lounge area. St. Pierre with its beautiful market hall was very pleasant in the preseason, for strolling and shopping as well as with good gastronomy. We will be happy to come back and also recommend the house!

André is a great host! He answers very quickly, he cares that you are well and comfortable and he is very, very kind. The accommodation is very clean, very bright, it is as in the photos and is very close to the station on foot. It's super quiet and very pretty!

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a short walk from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!
