We had the best time! The house was beautiful, quaint, and exactly what we were after. Raelene was a very lovely and helpful host!

Had a great stay Mykey’s place with the kids, lots of things for them to discover and felt very homely. The spa in the backyard was an added bonus on a cold rainy morning, all in all a great experience and great value in a nice quiet pocket of Phillip Island.

We really enjoyed our lovely stay at Sarah's place. It's spacious, nicely decorated and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Sarah was also a great host, very prompt to respond to any queries. We'll come back!

Poets Corner was absolutely amazing. Howard had popped the heater on, some lights were on so everything felt so cosy and relaxing. Even the open fire was stacked and ready go which we enjoyed on both nights. The property was beautiful and immaculately presented. The garden was stunning and we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting Howard during our stay and finding out about how the property came to be. Amazing work! We were able to bring our little dog Bonnie who thoroughly enjoyed the stay and surroundings as well. We would definitely come back if we ever head down to Phillip island. Thanks for a lovey stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and explained everything clearly upon arrival. Communication was excellent, making check-in a breeze. I felt very safe and secure in the house, thanks to the good locks. The space itself was modern, spacious, and well-equipped – it truly felt like a home away from home. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Phillip Island's attractions. Highly recommend! 5 Star

This property’s photos - while they’re great - don’t do the actual home justice. It was absolutely fabulous! Everything was sparkling clean, the kitchen had every appliance you could possibly need, the pantry had so many “essentials” we lost count, the glassware, plates etc were plentiful. The beds were super comfy and the linen was lovely. The 2 bathrooms were amazingly presented and so clean. The styling throughout was superb. The location was so peaceful yet easily walkable to beach and town. It really is a 10/10 property. We literally could not find a single thing to fault and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and definitely hope to stay again on a future stay in Phillip Island.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

Mari place is peaceful and well appointed. Location is great. On checkout day, Mari was accommodating to let us store our luggages until we get back from the cruise tour at 12pm. We have a pleasant stay! Thank you Mari.

5/5 - Wonderful Stay We had a fantastic stay at Phil’s place. The place is exactly as described. The location is perfect for someone who is into the peaceful sea. Phil is incredibly kind and responsive, always proactive to provide instructions and available to answer questions. We really appreciate the assistance Phil provided throughout the stay. If we thinking going to Cowes again, we will absolutely pick Phil’s place again and we do recommend this beautiful place to anyone who planning to visit Phillip Island. From first making the booking, Margaret was very mindful of us and a great communicator. Very friendly and welcoming. She checked we had received the instructions on how to gain access and that we understood the procedure. The view of the sea and being an easy walk to the township were great attributes.

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
