Monthly Rentals in Cowandilla

We literally fell into Nicholas’ place after a huge day of travel from the outback and were so relieved at how homely and welcoming it was! We also walked from the airport which was so easy and close! (12 mins) and found an amazing craft brewery and woodfired pizza place called Yellow Matter also within walking distance and loved it! Thanks Nicholas :)

We booked Ana and Andrew’s place for the AFL ‘Gather Round’. It was absolutely fabulous, close to the Airport, short drive to Adelaide Oval and to South Road to head to the Barossa Valley. The unit was very clean, had comfortable beds and clutter free. The treats left by them were well received. We are looking forward to returning for next years football ‘Gather Round’

The room was easy to find and enter with clear instructions. Exactly as described and shown in photos. Provides off street parking which was very important to me. Perfect for my short stay.

Clean, new, quiet area with cafe and playgrounds in walking distance, right size and 15min to cbd and beach.
