Just 5 miles from Clitheroe and only 1 mile from Hurst Green and the famous Tolkien Trail, this modern barn conversion sleeps up to 4 people in 2 large double bedrooms, both en-suite. Downstairs there’s a spacious living room, open plan dining area and a light, spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. This leads to a utility area and downstairs toilet. Well behaved dogs are welcome. dogs cannot be left unaccompanied in the cottage and not allowed on furniture. All guests will be left a welcome pack with bread,milk, tea, coffee + butter.

You’ll love our place, Its home from home, We want you to come back, we have made it as cosy as we can. You will love it.. We also have a cool Record player with classic vinyl to enjoy whilst having a drink. Wifi is free of charge. There is also a sauna that is free of charge. Pets are welcome. We have a nice garden with various seating areas where you can chill and relax.
