Lovely stay at Amy's place. Lovely quiet location with friendly neighbours. Park and beautiful duck pond just down the road. Busses to Hunstanton are really frequent from just round the corner (and such a bargain too!). The house was bigger than we expected and had lovely space inside and out to relax as a family. My only drawback would be the fact there's no stair gate upstairs, just at the bottom of the stairs. My children are 6 and 7 so wasn't bothered about keeping access from the stairs but did have a restless time at night worrying about them getting up and losing their bearings - particularly as the stairs are very steep. And some oven gloves would have been handy (no pun intended!). Appreciated the clear instructions about check in, guidance about the best street to park on and the reminder about the bath towels as that part had escaped my attention! Can recommend this lovely cottage to get away from it all, thankyou Amy.

Lovely little cottage was perfect for the 3 of us plus doggo :) Location was fantastic....I've driven through Cley many times but it was wonderful to be staying there and to explore the village, coast path and beach. Great pubs with great food, the smoke house and picnic fayre shops were amazing for gorgeous treats to take home. I did park in the cottage courtyard space but it took me ages to get out again when we left....I am quite a rubbish parker so if you're quite confident you'll be OK We had everything we needed for our stay and Michelle was a brilliant and accommodating host....I would easily have stayed a few more days :)

My Mum and I stayed for 1 night. What an amazing place. Denise showed us around and was very informative, she showed how to use the Sauna and the Hot tub safely - the hot tub even has Bluetooth so we were able to enjoy some tunes. We had a wonderful time and even enjoyed a brilliant view of the magical sunset. Enjoyed the home made wine we purchased, it was delicious. In the morning Denise gave mum a bunch of flowers that she had picked in her garden. We would thoroughly recommend a night or two here.

Great place to stay. Ideal location for all amenities. Claire was a great host and provided some good recommendations for eating Accommodation was exactly as described very comfortable and a high standard. Love the flowers,wine, milk and biscuits - thoughtful extras. Looking forward to returning

Amazing stay! The place was immaculate, lovely living room area, well stocked kitchen and cosy bedroom. Looks even nicer than the photos! Lots of nice little touches like milk in the fridge, tea bags, coffee, blankets and a speaker. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the countryside view. Will definitely be back!

Extraordinary host. Wonderful communication, spotless house, information on everything you need to know, great location . Cley next the sea and it’s spectacular birds 🦅 and Holkham with its dunes and beach. The best host we have ever stayed with recommended to the moon and back. Do go.

We had a fantastic stay at Mallard Cottage with our miniature dachshund Reggie. The cottage was incredibly clean and the decor was lovely. The hosts had thought about everything providing so many additional treats from a dog bed, dog bowls, treats, condiments, tea/coffee, robes and slippers to name a few! The hot tub in the garden is fantastic after a day of walking/travelling to local beaches. Great Massingham is a lovely little village and the cottage looks right out onto the green/pond. We would recommend visiting the local pub The Dabbling Duck for a meal. A fantastic and we would definitely recommend!

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

We arrived in the dark and the area is very rural and so peaceful. We met Donna whilst taking the dog on a stroll around the farmland. Advised to take a good torch if walking at night. Lovely local pubs but a decent walk away, great villages and takeaways in nearby villages a 5 minute drive away. we stayed in and cooked a lovely meal the first night, perfect for a remote and quiet romantic stay, was sad to leave.
