Completely renovated by a renowned architect in 2018, the house stands in a park of century-old trees of nearly 2500 m2. Hidden from view and bathed in light, the Demeure du Val offers you a splendid view of the Saône Valley and the Monts d'Or.

With its own terrace, it is away from the noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

The house consists of a room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet on the 2nd floor.
