Absolutely gorgeous property, nestled in its own woodland. The garden was carpeted in bluebells during our mid-April stay. A wonderful sanctuary.

spacious, functional and quiet, it is only the hot tub that does not work too much, it's a shame because we had booked here for this criteria.. The owner was sorry which allows us to accept better and leave 5 stars because otherwise everything is fine.

We had a lovely stay at Bernadette's place. Everything was clean and functional. Jacuzzi is really a very enjoyable bonus! Bernadette is responsive and full of kind attentions.

Excellent welcome , Freddy is attentive to different needs and takes the time to answer every question we have. The apartment is a real little cocoon of tranquility , with all the amenities you need in it , the hot tub and pergola are really very nice and the neighborhood is super nice for a stroll . Plus , breakfast products, really nice . We had a great time and I can only recommend this place and especially this thoughtful host.

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation is conveniently located 10 min from Auxerre. Warm garden furniture and appreciable jacuzzi. A beautiful peaceful home, ideal for reuniting with family.

The stay was as always very beautiful and pleasant. By coming regularly, I regularly see Pascal maintain the property and always renovate details.

We stayed three nights in this fantastic cottage. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely hosts, who inspired us with their passion for nature. The cottage is fantastic and decorated with great taste. We were given great tips for activities and cozy pubs and restaurants. It was a wonderful vacation in France!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay over Xmas and new years. Wonderful hosts who are very helpful and attentive and the house is lovely: we loved the fireplace in particular. Great closed garden for the dog to play along a very quiet road. If you’re looking for a quaint stay in a quiet setting, this is perfect!

Jaqueline's place is really great! We felt right at home from the beginning. The house is very tasteful and yet functionally furnished. It's even nicer than in the photos and very clean. Jaqueline is a great host and has taken care of every one of our concerns. Our little son and also our dog were more than welcome. We will be happy to come back!

Anne is a welcoming and very kind host. Her attention to detail and concern for making the stay enjoyable are remarkable. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and as described. Fabrice and his wife are very welcoming people and concerned about the well-being of their tenants. Their property is radiant on every level. We recommend it without a second thought.

A really lovely stay for a group of 9. Three rooms had en-suite showers so it made getting ready for the day very easy. Beautiful and spacious house, well stocked kitchen and a beautiful landscape. The house was a short run or drive to the nearest boulangerie for tasty fresh bread and pastries. We had a lovely time and would 100% stay again.

Olivier was a lovely host and his house and the beautiful and pitoresque garden just perfect - it exceeded all our expectations. We even had a little fire place that we used on the few rainy days to make our stay even cozier. Another add on was the close proximity of the house to the train station, which allowed for casual day trips to Paris. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime in the near future!

We came to fontainebleau to climb and we booked the house for 2 nights. Although the house is not super close to fontainebleau 30-40 minutes drive it was still worth it. There are 4 spacious room which accommodates 8 people comfortably. There is an extra single bed in the hall, I do not think this was advertised, I must have missed it. This allows a 9th person to sleep.

Stayed before and likely to do so again. Nice place. Great host :)

I stayed at Mathieu's place on a business trip. It was so nice to feel at home in the evening. A great place I would recommend.
