Enjoy the peaceful energy of our beautiful companions. The property is located near forests and is surrounded by big fir trees. A place to unwind while sitting on the big covered deck or exploring the countryside. We are close to Nature Parks and beaches and 25 min to Mt Washington. A stylish guest suite located in the heart of the city of Courtenay. This one-bed, one bath suite is ground floor and fully loaded! W/D, full kitchen, a deep tub, heated bathroom tiles and all brand new. We are not finished our landscaping, but we have an inflatable hot tub in a cute designated patio area. The suite is a 30min drive from Mount Washington, minutes away from downtown, trails, rivers & lakes. Come and enjoy all the extras we provide and no clean up is required. Be our guests!
