We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. The house totally lives up to the description. The layout and interior amenities have been taken care of, the kitchen is very well supplied for real cooking, the bedding is good quality and the spa/sport area is clean! No complaints. The environment is well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, and peaceful. To get around, a car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without so much as a second thought. 👍

Sandrine's place is as described, clean and comfortable. It is close to the Saint Laurent de la Prée train station which allows you to walk there and be able to go to Rochefort and La Rochelle without a car. Fouras beaches are 5 minutes away by car.

We had a lovely stay at Sabrina's. The apartment is very well-equipped, very well located, lulled by the waves, the passage of onlookers and the setting sun. It was a great discovery of the region!

Very clean and very well-equipped (everything is well thought out, there was even a blanket for the dog) The road is slightly noisy and you can hear the neighbors upstairs at times. Check-in is late and check-out is early, but it's clearly stated in the listing. We were able to come an hour earlier which is (3 p.m. - 11 a.m.)

We had a pleasant week in a beautiful private and secure residence. Clean accommodation,very well equipped and perfectly located, the most pleasant the private pool in the residence and direct access to the sea, many opportunities for walks and shops and restaurants on foot. The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Super pleasant apartment to live in, with a simply extra sea view! The terrace is really nice all the time: in summer, we live outside and with the sea breeze. Only downside: small smells of sewage not very pleasant in the apartment, this was reported to the person who takes care of the arrivals and departures.
