Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Located in the center of France: come and enjoy my self-catering cottage, rented from May to September, ideal for a simple break during your summer holidays ( rest; fishing; hiking; bikes on loan, here and swimming nearby ). A grocery store-bar: Le Grillon, in the village. Best of all: visit Auvergne thanks to its geographical location! Indeed , Chazemais is bordering the Cher and Creuse; about an hour from Vichy, Bourges, Moulins, Clermont-Fd and its volcanoes...

Located in the heart of Berry, this house offers you a quiet stay in the countryside. This independent house was completely renovated in 2025 (exterior being finished) to accommodate you in pleasant spaces and providing comfort and tranquility. It consists of the ground floor: an entrance with living room / SAM; a kitchen; a large bedroom; 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms. This house has a garden and a courtyard to be able to park freely.
