Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. With your feet in the water on a white sandy beach, our house is located in Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes archipelago (Guadeloupe), nestled in the heart of its wonderful bay and in the typical fishermen's district of Fond de Curé. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Located in the center of France: come and enjoy my self-catering cottage, rented from May to September, ideal for a simple break during your summer holidays ( rest; fishing; hiking; bikes on loan, here and swimming nearby ). Indeed , Chazemais is bordering the Cher and Creuse; about an hour from Vichy, Bourges, Moulins, Clermont-Fd and its volcanoes...

This independent house was completely renovated in 2025 (exterior being finished) to accommodate you in pleasant spaces and providing comfort and tranquility. It consists of the ground floor: an entrance with living room / SAM; a kitchen; a large bedroom; 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms. This house has a garden and a courtyard to be able to park freely.
