We really enjoyed our stay — the house is spacious yet cosy and warm, with a lovely homely feel. The setting was perfect: quiet, peaceful, and still conveniently close to the town. Our hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. We'd love to come back for another getaway — highly recommend!

The kitchen was fabulous, my family enjoyed cooking many meals in the kitchen. The views from the kitchen were awesome! Bathrooms are awesome, very very spacious home! What a gorgeous, peaceful, and well stocked home! The scenery is a pastoral postcard, and the home is on a private, quiet cul-de-sac (many neighbors are full time residents ~ friendly, quiet, considerate). We have two dogs, and we were grateful to find a dog-friendly residence AND with so many amazing forest trails less than five minutes from the house ~ heaven! And the home ~ 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms ~ a well stocked kitchen, a most comfy living room with a great TV, a fireplace ~ all so convenient and comfortable. We needed a place for two months as we are moving to the area, but it takes so long here to close on a house, so we weren't just vacationing; we were LIVING there. Still, it had all we needed for day-to-day living. Miriam was immediately responsive when we contacted her, but honestly, we never needed anything so we rarely needed to be in touch. In sum, it was a remarkable deal for such comfort in an amazing area We feel quite lucky.

A beautiful house on beautiful grounds, helped to make our stay in Kilmacthomas a memorable one. Each of the rooms were well equipped with everything needed in a home from home. Our large enough group were able to spend time together in the large kitchen/dining room, then relax in front of the stove in the sitting room while we watched tv. The house is ideally located a few minutes walk from the town with shops & places to eat and also minutes from the Waterford greenway. The local people were friendly and helpful. We didn’t want to leave here and will most definitely be returning. Our host was responsive and respectful.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Ben’s place. Check-in was super easy, the studio was clean and cozy, and the setting was peaceful. Ben’s instructions were clear, and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation. Beds very comfortable. accommodation is well kitted out. Mike's communication was great, as a result had no issues finding the house or gaining access. Property is in a good location, a short drive from limerick city and plenty of other nice areas.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche bei Ann und Niall vebracht. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt, die Wohnung und besonders die Küche sind hervorragend ausgestattet. Die beiden sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen, wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft an jeden weiter! Danke für alles :-)

Lovely apartment to rest and relax. It is located on the edge of town but only a few mins drive away. The apartment is surrounded by green fields, woodland and nature. The terrace is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The apartment is well equipped and homely. Tom and his wife are friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place for what I needed!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Ann was amazing from start to finish and as she knew it was our wedding anniversary she even got us a card and a bottle of wine. The apartment is in the perfect location and walkable to everything. I honestly cannot say anything negative about the whole process! We will be back again soon as we absolutely loved every moment!

Our 2nd time staying in recent months and this place is absolutely perfect if you are traveling towards Thurles. Nice quiet location with plenty of parking. John and Margaret are really lovely hosts and I will definitely be booking again the next time we are in the area.

Had a lovely stay in Helen's apartment, it was absolutely spotless, right across the road from The Whiskey Still Pub/Restaurant and only a minute walk away from the pier. Would highly recommend for a relaxing weekend away
