The Meadows

I had a lovely stay at The Meadows. James was a great host with easy check in and access. He welcomed me into the family room in the evenings to enjoy a warm fire in the family room in the evenings. James set out breakfast each morning with nice selection. Definitely above and beyond on the breakfast.

Historic Hunting Lodge

Staying at Glenculloo was like visiting friends. I felt well taken care of and extremely comfortable. The house and gardens are artistic, creative, and beautiful (rather like the hosts.) Bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds and your own sink. Shared bath/shower room is modern and spotless. Roz is an amazing cook, and made sure we were never hungry! A perfect place to stay for the workshop I attended, and I look forward to returning in the future. Visitors should know that Killoscully has no shops or atm, so you should stock up on anything you might need before getting there!.

Maggie’s home is beautiful and amazing. Arriving to a warm, cozy place. And waking up to a beautiful room with food and with a splendid view. Maggie is just so kind and very responsive. Her house is truly a gem. One of the best AirBnB’s that i have visited. Pristine. Everything was just ready when i arrived. Thanks Maggie for the warm hospitality

Sue was a great host. The house is perfect for a long or short stay. The full Irish breakfast was a great touch as most properties wouldn’t have this included. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

From the minute we met John he was so helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and everything was ok. He made us feel right at home. Id have no problem staying there again. It is such a beautiful spot you could just sit outside and admire the view. We will definitely be back.

Mairead is a very pleasant and elegant old lady, and the garden is beautiful. The weather was terrible when we arrived at the house, the power was out, and the power didn't come back until late at night, but the house was warm and we slept very comfortably. It's close to Kale and the breakfast is good. Thank you!

We went to 3 bed and breakfast’s before stopping at Mary’s and all were exemplary and I would definitely recommend them, so Mary had a high bar - which she exceeded and then some! We do enjoyed our stay with the beautiful quiet surroundings, picturesque scenery. Mary herself was such a treat and pleasure to talk to with great recommendation to eat and I’ll never forget my evening walk along the Irish road. Our breakfast was delicious. I really can’t say enough good things about Mary and this location. It’s a little out of the way - but, oh boy, it was so worth it! Who doesn’t want to be i. The thick of real Irish countryside? Thank you Mary!!
