Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Coulaines

This old barn is so well renovated. Very clean, nicely decorated and tasteful. Florence and Loïc are very friendly people. The very positive point is that this cottage is really quiet, ideal for recharging your batteries while being close to the main shops. There are also many easily accessible walking and hiking opportunities. Had a great time, you can go there without so much as a second thought!

Accommodation is clean, in the countryside, quiet. The host is available for any questions. Coffee on arrival, towels, nothing missing!

We chose Constance’s place as our base whilst travelling from Gloucestershire to watch the LeMans 24 hour race. The advert and pictures describe the place perfectly and almost don’t do it justice. It was most definitely peaceful and surrounded by nothing but beautiful farm land. The outside space in the late evening is particularly peaceful. One of the highlights is that it’s only 15/20 minutes from the outskirts of LeMans so plenty of access to the modern things we are all use to. Would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anybody.

Beautiful accommodation, we highly recommend it! We had a great time in this green setting in which we were hosted very well by a warm, available and responsive host. The accommodation is very pleasant and functional. The pool area is generously filled with various and varied accessories that delighted young and old 😊 Thanks to our hosts!

Excellent stay for the motorcycle grand prix. Spacious apartment, nice and big plus for the terrace with barbecue. Good communication and responsiveness from Eugénie and Quentin.

I stayed with 2 people for 4 days. It was a comfortable room with one headroom and one sofa bed.

Beautiful house and estate, very well equipped, perfectly clean. The garden is beautiful and the house tastefully renovated. Impeccable bedding. We had a lovely stay except for the 24 Hours of Le Mans trials taking place literally in front of the house. Noise is not tolerable for anyone who does not come specifically for the race. Outside of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, this house is amazing. Thank you

We are staying with David for the second time and are more than satisfied. The house is really great and has a quiet location. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful week of Easter with the family. With about twenty people including infants, the estate was equipped for a peaceful stay. The children took advantage of the heated pool, the space departs for soccer games. the adults from the barbecue, the Pétanque court. Around the quiet, flowery and green atmosphere for a peaceful rest. We were able to enjoy a short walk in the forest, with the kids on their pony. An experience to relive. Thanks to Benoit and the concierge for their availability.

Very nice quiet house in a beautiful environment. The outdoor space is very nice (beautiful terrace, pool), the interior is spacious and very functional, the bedrooms are large and the bedding is good quality. I recommend for a stay for families or friends.
