Large town house located in beautiful traditional Languedoc Village just 2km from gorgeous beaches at Leucate Plage. We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

La villa se trouve en bordure de Somail, endroit très très calme à 3min du canal du midi. La villa est extraordinaire ! Elle paraissait même plus petite sur les photos alors qu'il y a un très grand volume. Bien agencé avec une séparation entre le coin nuit des 4 chambres (qui disposent chacun de leur salle de bain/wc) et de la salle de séjour. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées. Le coin extérieur avec piscine est top. Aucun vis à vis et la piscine est ensoleillée quasiment toute la journée ! (Qui est nettoyée 2 fois par semaine) Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir eu aucun moustique également alors qu'un peu plus loin, il y en avait beaucoup plus proche du canal du midi. Lily et sa mère qui nous ont accueilli ont été agréable, serviable et très réactive. Si vraiment on devait faire un reproche, mais c'est bien le seul. Les grilles de barbecue étaient sales à notre arrivée et nous n'avons pas réussi à enlever toute la saleté. Je recommande à 100%!! Ce fut un super séjour en famille!

Met 11 vrienden een erg aangenaam verblijf gehad tijdens de paasvakantie. Rustig gelegen, met toch voldoende activiteiten in de buurt. Het huis zelf leent zich er ook zeker toe om een aantal daagjes ter plaatsen te blijven: zwembad, poolhouse, tuin, film en spelletjeszolder... Pierre was steeds goed bereikbaar en flexibel. We raden het zeker aan!

Excellent séjour en famille. Le logement est très spacieux, on s’y sent bien. La propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante, nous avons pu modifier les horaires de départ sans problème. Je recommande ce logement agréable et adapté à une grande famille ou un groupe d’amis.

Pierre's Unterkunft war richtig Toll! Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Pierre war auch sehr Hilfsbereit falls etwas war. Der Pool war auch der Hammer, immer sehr Sauber. Wir alls Familie können die Unterkunft nur weiter Empfehlen, das war bis lang die Beste Unterkunft die wir je hatten.

We had a couple of days, which were very lovely. The place was spacious and peaceful plus very suitable for working remotely. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and we never had issues. The location is very nice and peaceful plus not too far from the beach. Carlos as a host was just great! every time we had some questions or we needed something he was replying super quickly and in a friendly and service-oriented way. fully recommendable!

The property is huge, very peaceful. The kitchen has got a lot of utensils and crockery. Bathrooms are big, clean and modern (water pressure could be better though). The location is great, a few minutes walk to local amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants). we really enjoyed our stay there and would gladly come back. The heated pool was appreciated. The barbecue is great.
