Our gîte, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in Brèville sur mer, in a small hamlet preserved between the sea, 10 minutes' walk away, and the countryside around the gîte. The gîte is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700 m from the beach, the GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the equestrian club and the "Prévithal" balneotherapy center. From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Unique accommodation overlooking Mont Saint-Michel. Just a few meters from the beach, nestled among the dunes, this fully renovated and equipped cabin offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant, relaxing, and peaceful stay by the sea. No electricity or running water, but access to the bathrooms at the municipal campsite, which is 10 meters away. You will enjoy the shops on the main street, the diverse Saturday morning market and the breathtaking view of Mont-Dol over the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.

The STUDIO has been designed to accommodate guests so that they feel as good as we can be on a daily basis in our 17th century house for a party. Also, we live 2 km from Dragey beach, 500 m from the horse racing training center. We have walking paths along the coast and from the village. It is possible to take advantage of the high tides, to cross the bay...

In July and August, rentals are by the week from Saturday to Saturday
