Grade II listed new barn conversion in Oxfordshire

Our recently converted barn is in the yard of a Grade II listed village farmhouse. Minutes from J10 of the M40, we are conveniently located for RH England, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Oxford. The barn has a big open space with wood burning stove, large TV and open plan kitchen. The main bedroom, shower room and separate WC are in the old stables. The open plan mezzanine has two single beds (to be booked separately) and free-standing bath.

Self contained, detached annex in the lovely, peaceful village of Croughton. Separate bathroom with power shower and kitchen facilities such as fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The village has a shop and tea room. The pub is sadly closed. We are around 3 miles from Brackley a local market town which offers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, takeaways etc. We are approx. 2 miles from Aynho Park and the Great Barn at Aynho - fantastic Wedding venues. We are 15 mins from Silverstone.

The White Lion Studio

A spacious studio apartment at The White Lion, an Oxfordshire country pub. 10 mins to Bicester Village, 20 mins to soho farmhouse, on the edge of the Cotswalds. The Hat's Hut is a unique wooden hut set in a beautiful location on a working farm and looks out onto a paddock with horses and other wildlife, it has a 4ft5 by 5ft8 bed with a wall at each end. We have 4 very friendly spaniels, 2 cats, 7 peacocks, ducks and at the moment about 50 sheep with different stock and crops across the seasons.
