Monthly Rentals in Cottesloe Beach

Perfect accommodation for our stay in Perth, the location is ideal with a 15 minute walk to both the beach and to the river with plenty of coffee shops on the way. Also the train station was a 5 minute walk with great connections to the city and the coast. The apartment was extremely well provided with a well stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom a very large King size plus bed, great air-con and it felt very safe and secure. Washing facilities were also really helpful as we were there for 10 days. The apartment is exactly as described and as per the photos so very much met our expectations. Highly recommend if you want a visit to Cottesloe.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Susan’s beach house in Cottesloe. Susan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable beach holiday with a four year old and a baby - the new beach umbrella, bucket and spade, and beach frisbee were much appreciated. The photos accurately show the beach house. The beds were both very comfortable. The location was excellent. We stayed over New Years Eve and were not at all disturbed by the nearby beach club - we were in bed by 9pm and not woken once. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Perth.

Breda’s property is absolutely gorgeous and she has thought of absolutely everything to make you feel right at home. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I look forward to staying there again!

We had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as we expected. A few homely consumables in the cupboard helped! Awesome location is absolute walking distance of all that Cott has to offer.
