Beach house vacation rentals in Cottesloe Beach

Location location location!!!!! Was fantastic about 20 steps to the water. Coffee shop on a corner and fish and chips on the other corner. Was very handy to get kids hot chips when you arrive late in the day. House was so beautiful. So much space and lovely furnishings. Extremely comfortable beds and such a nice area, with stunning houses everywhere. I could definitely live here!

We stayed for two nights to celebrate my birthday, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had. The space is beautifully designed and very spacious—we hosted a few friends for cocktails before walking to one of Fremantle’s best restaurants. The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of the West End, just a short stroll to Bathers Beach, High Street, and the café strip. The building is absolute luxury, with high ceilings, polished wooden floors, a huge stainless steel kitchen with bar stools, and a flash upstairs king suite with a triple shower. The second bedroom on the mezzanine is smaller but still lovely. Thoughtful extras include a massage chair, book nook, open wardrobe, laundry, and two massive TVs. The upstairs space—with leather Chesterfields and heritage windows—would be amazing for a photo shoot. Expect a few quirky portside touches. If driving, get the EasyPark app and look for 12-hour spots near the Round House. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.

We stayed here with our family, total 8 people, amazing location, great house and layout is perfect for big families. My only gripe is the place needs a deep clean, was good enough if you dont look too close lol, otherwise great stay!

This was our second time visiting Perth, and we felt so lucky to stay in such a wonderful place. The house was not only beautiful but also perfectly located for a family getaway. We truly enjoyed the peaceful, family-friendly surroundings. The only thing we regretted was not having enough time. we packed too much into a short trip and didn’t get to fully explore all the nearby attractions. We’re already looking forward to coming back to this lovely place and experiencing even more, hopefully with a longer stay next time.

We enjoyed our great stay in Courtney’s home in South Fremantle. It is as described, very comfortable, walkable to everything and has excellent amenities to make you feel at home. The house is close to a ton of great places to eat and drink, as well some nice walks to either Fremantle or along the beach trail. Courtney is an excellent host, very kind and provides proactive communication and excellent local tips. We would stay here again if we were in the neighborhood!

Lovely house with a nice pool in the property. Clean and welcoming. The gate was slightly tricky to find at night because of the gps getting a little confused.

Pura Vida is a gorgeous home to stay in! High quality finishes throughout the house and very warm and welcoming. The home felt very spacious even with our group of 5 and the layout of the home with 3 bathrooms was a bonus. Levi was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful. An easy 500m walk to a coffee shop, bakery and grocer and an equally easy 2km walk to Brighton Beach.

The house was very spacious, modern and clean. There was everything in the house you would need for a stress free getaway. It was very close to cafes, beaches and a Westfield. The instructions were easy and clear and communication was very responsive. I highly recommend this property which is located in a superb quiet location. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to use the beautiful pool as we were too busy sight seeing being close enough to all the attractions. In particular, not far away is Trigg Beach, and Beach Cafe/restaurant which had spectacular views. Also, Hilary's was close by and we felt like it had a great marina atmosphere. Highly recommend you stay at this property next time you visit Perth.

The house was so welcoming, felt right at home. Was able to get comfortable and the pool was amazing on our hot weekend. Showers and bedrooms were so nice and updated. I would recommend to people coming to Perth to stay. Right next to the beach and such a close walk to restaurants. Thanks for opening your house up to us 😁

Beautiful house to stay in, the pool is great for those hot days to cool off in. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Really close to a lovely beach and local facilities. Rebecca is an attentive host. Would highly recommend it.

Had a great week at Sean’s place. Very modern, great space, walkable to beach, bars etc. great touch with electric garage door and parking, Ubers were quick and cheap to get in And out otherwise. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, quiet location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Sean was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.

We loved our stay at Frangipani Villa. We stayed there with our two young boys and it was perfect. Amber made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. Look forward to returning in the future!

Kirsty's home in Scarborough is everything we wanted. It is beautifully decorated with a relaxed feel, just what we needed after a busy day. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. My favourite part was the back garden, which was surprisingly quiet and private for a home that's just a few blocks from the busy Scarborough beachfront. Kirsty was quick to respomd to my questions before and during our stay. I would recommend Kirsty's home to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Perth.

An amazing stay and a perfect location for our visit to Western Australia and a family wedding. Michael was an excellent and generous host. The accommodation was spacious, light and airy. The architecture and design of the villa was outstanding. We would definitely recommend a visit to this villa if contemplating Coogee and Fremantle.

Great house in a great location. This was our first trip to Perth and we were keen to spend time on the beach and travel around. Brighton and Scarborough beaches are beautiful and easy to get to. We also found it really easy to get into the CBD and other locations. There’s also loads of cafes, restaurants and stores nearby. The house is in a nice quiet street and is a really relaxing place to stay.

Stayed at Alma St with extended family for a family wedding. Brilliant location , close to everything in Freemantle. Large house with lots of bathrooms. Good outdoor space for a BBQ. Only thing to be aware of ( not a criticism) are the bunks are very small so for children not adult sized.
