I've had the opportunity to stay in a large number of Airbnbs, and I can say without hesitation that Sayade is the best host I've met. Extremely responsive, warm and always ready to make the stay as pleasant as possible, he truly embodies hospitality. The house itself is spacious, well arranged and comfortable to stay in. On three levels, it offers beautiful rooms, a very pleasant rooftop to enjoy the outdoors, and a small swimming pool which is a real plus to relax. The quality of the interior is also appreciable, offering comfort and serenity. It is good to note that access to the house is via a dirt road in average condition, and that sometimes you have to wait a little to find a Gozem available to leave. However, no problem returning from Cotonou. Finally, the small hamlet where the house is located is typical with a few small shops.

i would definitely recommend this listing to quality connoisseurs. The photos are identical to what we see on site. Everything is there and even exceeds expectations. Dishes are the ultimate and I don't exaggerate. I much prefer to stay in such an apartment as a hotel. The icing on the cake! the garden! Safety is guaranteed too. Go ahead, you will not regret it. The apartment is located at a central location, and was cute and neat, like in the pictures. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. Note that electricity is an extra charge, and the A/C uses a lot.

I had a great stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, close to Mathieu Kerekou stadium (Kouhounou). The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There's the PS5 that made my stay even more enjoyable. Mr. Christel was always available and very responsible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quiet to stay in Cotonou.

Very nice fully equipped apartment in a good location on the Route des Pêches. The pool on the upper terrace is beautiful with a breathtaking sea view. Recommended

Excellent stay! Vignon's apartment is even more spacious than the photos, extremely clean and very well secured. The terrace is very pleasant, perfect for relaxing, and the air conditioning provides real comfort. Everything is thought out for travelers, and the location is great. There were 2 of us, each with their own bedroom and their own bathroom and toilet. The neighborhood is friendly and respectful. Walking distance to the beach. A huge thank you to Élisabeth for her warm welcome, availability and professionalism throughout our stay. She ensured our comfort by changing our sheets during the stay and taking care of the key handover with great kindness. A big thank you also to Vignon for his responsiveness to all our requests.
