Type 2 apartment on the ground floor of a villa in the heart of the village of Coti-Chiavari. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen/living room with a bed. Terrace with barbecue and views of the village church as well as the Sanguinaires Islands and its wonderful sunsets. On the property we have an aviary and a pond. An unheated outdoor pool is accessible (to be shared with tenants and priority owners)

The sheepfold is in a private estate of 20 hectares. From the terrace you will have a view of the Bay of Ajaccio. Enjoy the new pool (2023) or the beach with the 2 paddles available to you. It is very pleasant to live in and powered exclusively by solar panels. The water comes from a borehole. Access is only by a 1.5 km long dirt track with a 2 or 4-wheel drive vehicle (4X4 - 4WD) such as a Duster, Panda,... high clearance.
