Beautiful services for this quality and well-equipped accommodation in a recent and secure residence. Everything comes together to have a good stay for young and old. Beach within walking distance (15/20min).

We had a lovely stay. We were three families, with three generations and we all had a lovely time. The swimming pool and having the beach within 10-15 minutes walk, was great. Helene, who managed our stay, was very friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

Beautiful and comfortable house, with a very nice view, quiet. The terrace and pool are very nice; we also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, piano and plancha. You can walk to the old town of Guérande (small friendly market despite the crowds in August). Nearby hiking trail and bike paths. Many activities around Guérande, in addition to the beaches. Virginia is a thoughtful hostess. I would this property.

House was just as described, with very friendly a d helpfull hosts, that helped us find a great restaurant when it was a holiday time in Nantes and most of the restaurants close down for a week or two. It is best to have a car for the location.

Very pleasant stay in Graziella's house which is ideally located in Nantes, in a private cul-de-sac close to everything, the hyper center, museums, the Jardin des Plantes, public transport, etc. The house is spacious, very comfortable, well decorated and perfectly equipped. Communication was smooth with Yves, whom I thank for hosting us and for being available.

We had a great time at this house with our friends and children. Everything went perfectly, from start to finish. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, and ideal for hosting families. The kids loved the outdoor space with the pool. We particularly enjoyed the calm and tranquility of the place. A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

I would highly recommend this quiet accommodation near Pornic. Very charming, well-equipped and very convenient.

flexible check-in. as described. pool maintained and heated to 21 degrees for the weekend of November 11. it was very nice. all the cooking essentials, except a pancake stove 😉 for gourmet Bretons. the Franck and Frédérique concierge available and helpful. rental to recommend and we will come back but longer than a simple 3 day weekend.
