Vacation rentals in Costa Occidental

We absolutely loved our stay — it was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we needed as a base to explore the Algarve. Andreas was a fantastic host: friendly, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to chat with. The accommodation itself is a beautifully converted barn, from the cozy log burner to the spacious kitchen and bathroom, and the hugest, most comfortable bed I’ve ever seen! We especially enjoyed doing yoga in the beautiful garden and soaking up the sun by the pool. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we’re already planning to come back soon to enjoy it all over again — and to explore more of the local culture in lovely towns nearby like Olhão and Loulé. Thank you, Andreas and Bettina, for creating such a special space!

Fantástico sitio. Fácil aparcamiento, piscinas, acceso a la playa a través de barco, animación nocturna... todo excelente. El apartamento tenía de todo y coincidía con la fotos. Cerca del complejo buenos restaurantes y paseo marítimo para pasear. Para repetir.

a very clean, apartment in a smart block on the edge of town. overlooking the harbour, on a main road but quiet at night. 2 minutes walk to a very clean launderette and well stocked supermarket. Apartment was spacious and well equipped and furnished. As per the description, everything was within a 10-15 minute flat walk from the apartment. a nice balcony which caught the morning sun and overlooked the harbour. We were welcomed by Rui who took the time to explain where places were, including a 5 minute walk to the ferry to the island. The apartment was very secure with good locks on all external doors, there was also an enclosed balcony at the rear where laundry could be aired. all in all a great apartment in a pleasant town . would certainly return.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Filipe in Tavira! Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und ideal gelegen, um die charmante Stadt und die wunderschönen Strände zu erkunden. Filipe war ein herausragender Gastgeber – stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell in der Beantwortung unserer Fragen. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Außenbereich, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen. Wir können Filipes Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der einen unvergesslichen und entspannten Urlaub in Tavira erleben möchte. Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft!

Apartamento espaçoso com muita luz, numa zona tranquila mas perto do centro de Tavira, ideal para um casal (mais um filho pequeno). Fácil de encontrar e correspondeu na íntegra à descrição, tem todas as comodidades para uma férias descansadas. Destaque para a limpeza, a cama super confortável e a varanda com uma vista linda para Cabanas de Tavira :) Os hosts Sara e Rui foram exímios, desde a reserva até à despedida - muitíssimo obrigada por tudo, adorámos a estadia e esperamos voltar já no próximo ano :)

Die Villa scheint auf den ersten Blick zu schön um wahr zu sein. Wir waren skeptisch, ob diese Villa wirklich existiert, da sie bei Google street view noch nicht zu sehen ist. Die Villa ist ganz neu und insgesamt gibt es 4 gleiche Villen nebeneinander. Dies erklärt die relativ vielen Reviews in kürzester Zeit. Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet. Es fehlt der Villa an nichts. Der Pool ist auf 30 Grad beheizt und auf dem Dach gibt es einen Whirlpool mit Feuerkorb und Sitzmöglichkeiten, mit schönstem Ausblick. Die Villa verfügt ebenfalls über einen Kamin, den wir während unseres Aufenthalts 2 mal benutzt haben, da wir ein paar kalte Tage erwischt haben. Das Management antwortet sehr schnell auf Emails und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen sofort. Wir haben eine kostenlose Hausreinigung erhalten, da beim Check-in eine Kleinigkeit im Bad übersehen wurde. Die Kommunikation mit Arkeo war außerordentlich gut. Wir würden die Villa immer wieder buchen.

Nous avons été accueillis par Tânia qui a été très réactive lorsqu'on avait besoin d'elle, très serviable et très sympathique. Le logement était conforme aux attentes et nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Si nous devions faire une toute petite remarque, c'est le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine (poêle, cuit-vapeur, et produit de nettoyage.) Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Merci beaucoup!!

Lucy was a fantastic host! I can't give her enough praise! We stayed there for 3 months and Lucy was very prompt with any of our needs. She even greeted us with a big basket after we arrived very late to check-in and stayed to give us the 411 about Portugal. The location is quiet and near many things including the train station which makes it easy to get around. We would definitely stay there again!

un séjour merveilleux dans un complexe incroyable piscine intérieur chauffé, jacuzzi, sauna et 10 mins à pied de cabañas bar et commerce. l'appartement est spacieux et au calme. nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. nous recommandons vivement. BOA VIDA PORTUGAL ❤️🇵🇹
