The house is positioned on the large square of Largo Santana which has sweeping views of Tavira and the river. Boasting 3 extra large bedrooms and a spacious and light open plan lounge and dining room which looks out onto the private swimming pool and mature garden. The undercover terrace overlooking the pool is ideal for eating al fresco during the summer months. Private parking.

The villa in Luz de Tavira is located in a rural area and surrounded by typical Portuguese houses, greenery and close to the highway, making it a good base for exploring the region. Within walking distance is a local food market, cafes, pharmacy and an ATM. Renting a car is highly recommended, we have a double carport, free parking on the property and the villa is fully fenced & closed off with a gate. The whole property, house and swimming pool are private (our pool is not heated)
