Wonderful family house with 3 bedroom & 2,5 bathrooms - suitable for 6 people & 10 minutes walk to a stunning beach, 20 min. to Portugal & one hour to Seville. We are child friendly with all utilities & you got everything you need to lean back & enjoy your holiday. Babybett, cooking & all kitchen utility, beach stuff, games etc. The townhouse is located at a very nice golf area with pool & tennis court. A parking space is also available, as well as internet. Just come and enjoy.That’s all ;)

Apartamento muy bonito, limpio y cuidado. Urbanización con 2 piscinas y 4 pistas de padel. Con plaza de garaje y wifi. Exactamente a 1350 metros de la playa. Son 15-20 minutos a pie o 3 minutos en coche. En verano se puede aparcar cerca de la playa por 1€/24 horas. Cama doble (135x190) y 2 individuales (90x190 y 80x180), baño, cocina con vitrocerámica, microondas, cafetera normal y monodosis, lavadora, utensilios de cocina…TV Aire acondicionado. Sabanas y toallas. Mantas. Terraza

Perfectly located apartment, on a pedestrian street, right in between the downtown shopping and restaurant area, riverwalk, and main bus station. The apartment is peaceful, quiet, simple, and practical for any stay. We love staying there ourselves and feel like it's the best place to enjoy the city and surround area from. The main bus station means we can get in, out, and around easily. The apartment has an unobstructed Western view and receives wonderful light throughout the afternoon.

Filipe was very welcoming, accommodating and quick to respond. The villa is beautiful and clean; exactly as shown in the photos, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the outdoor seating area and roof terrace. The food at the Indian restaurant on site was a highlight and the Spar was very convenient.

a very clean, apartment in a smart block on the edge of town. overlooking the harbour, on a main road but quiet at night. 2 minutes walk to a very clean launderette and well stocked supermarket. Apartment was spacious and well equipped and furnished. As per the description, everything was within a 10-15 minute flat walk from the apartment. a nice balcony which caught the morning sun and overlooked the harbour. We were welcomed by Rui who took the time to explain where places were, including a 5 minute walk to the ferry to the island. The apartment was very secure with good locks on all external doors, there was also an enclosed balcony at the rear where laundry could be aired. all in all a great apartment in a pleasant town . would certainly return.

The house was immaculate with thoughtful touches. We felt comfortable and at home there. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds super comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and having 2 bathrooms makes things easier. There is even a playroom for small children. Sebastiao's communication was excellent and responses were very fast - he was friendly and informative. The house is not right next to the marina but it only takes about 10 minutes walk to get there and everything was easy to find. The location also takes you away from the crowds in high season. There are various shops and a supermarket nearby. We had an amazing time staying there and loved Olhao.

Fim de semana espetacular num condominio com piscina magnifico. Apartamento limpo e organizado com tudo o que è necessário e com uma localizaçãao impar, onde podemos encontrar de tudo o que é preciso por perto, praia, mercado, lota do peixe, restaurantes, bares, Marina, espaços verdes, entre outros!! Apartamento acolhedor e com a vantagem de podermos levar o nosso cão (pet friendly) A Maria é muito simpática, prestável e respondeu a todas as questões de forma célere, sem dúvida um local a voltar tanto no verão como no inverno! Obrigada pela estadia e por nos proporcionar uma fim-de-semana espectacular!

It was great time , great place and great Rui. Apartment really clean and has everything that you can need. We have breakfast at home( all equipment at your service), for lunch and dinner we choose every time different restaurant and enjoy best food . Beach just couple minute away. Spain and Portugal was so nice even at off season time. We think our vacation in Manta Rota at Rui's apartment was good idea, hope to do this again!

Nous avons été accueillis par Tânia qui a été très réactive lorsqu'on avait besoin d'elle, très serviable et très sympathique. Le logement était conforme aux attentes et nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Si nous devions faire une toute petite remarque, c'est le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine (poêle, cuit-vapeur, et produit de nettoyage.) Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Merci beaucoup!!
