Beachfront vacation rentals in Costa Esmeralda

An excellent place to be with family and pets, close to the beach and with places to eat. We really enjoyed the stay, check-in is very easy and everything is accessible, we will definitely book again when we return to Tecolutla.

David's house & property go right down to the beach. So, you can chill out in a hammock, sit in his (small) pool, or run across the sand right into the ocean. It is only a few seconds walk to return to the house. At night, you will hear the ocean waves, which is very soothing. The house is large, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen has most utensils, plates, etc., you would need, for cooking. It is quiet at night and the housekeeper is only a few minutes away, if needed. She is the one who will bring the key for check in. However, we had problems with communications and wasted an hour in the dark, waiting for someone to help us. So, I strongly recommend that you confirm check in details (who, where, what time, etc.) at least 24 hours, in advance. Make sure the hot water was turned on, too. Try the resto across the street. 3 brothers run a lovely, small place called Magon. Very friendly folks and quick, fresh, affordable meals (especially breakfast). A recommended host & home! :-)

The location is perfect, the sea is in front of the house, a good view,a great place to rest and have a good time with the family. The host as the manager is very friendly and helpful, were always on the lookout. We liked the stay and many more attention, the house is very spacious, it has a few details, it has a few details but it does not affect one's stay. Everything good🙂 👍...

For those of us looking for a pet friendly place that facilitates the arrival to the beach with pets is very good option, in addition to that the patio is spacious and you can leave, in our case, the loose dogs. Otherwise, good. To spend the night and have a place to sleep, having the comforts of a house; as shown in the photos. Attention to check-in and check-out excellent.

Gabriela is a good host because she always responds and takes care of any request or how to improve the experience on our trip. If the place needs anything to be comfortable she will help for sure. The beach is clean and peaceful, I really enjoy it and near the place are many restaurants and grocery stores.

Everything was excellent, from the attention of Juan Gustavo who was always attentive to what we needed, perhaps only the detail of the insects, but it is normal for the type of property, that is, it is surrounded by vegetation so it is practically impossible to eradicate the insects, from there everything very well.

It is a very pleasant place with different spaces for all tastes... The climate of the house is very cool. Each room has all the amenities (bathroom with shower, tv, air conditioning). A very nice and quiet place.. has kitchen and grill, they have board games for you to have fun as a family esbun very nice place to spend time as a family... The sea is very close.. the very nice and friendly hosts, they are always on the lookout when requested.

Super attentive and a very quiet and private place

Everything is very good, we had a great time with the pet. Even though it's a shared place, it feels quite private, an excellent place to rest with the family. The kitchen has the basics for preparing food and the staff is very attentive to bringing what is missing. Constantly clean pools, they are always being maintained. It's an excellent choice.

A wonderful place, it's a quiet place to go for a few days. Just as it is right on the beach, the room we stayed in was what they promised us, it has different areas to relax, hammocks, high chairs, a large and very safe pool. There is parking and it is very easy to get there.

Edith was very nice, she was always attentive to our arrival and our stay, at all times I answered my doubts and was attentive. Thank you very much for your support Edith, we hope to be back very soon at your home, greetings!

The house definitely met our expectations. It was a nice place and easily accessible. Both Mr. Victor and his assistant were very attentive from the reservation to the eviction. It's really worth it, in addition to being quite close to several amenities.

The place fully met our expectations of being in a quiet place by the sea and with at least one large space to share as a family. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen and living room - dining room even more. Much nicer than what you see in the photos. The beach is clean and the neighbors who touched us were friendly and respectful to the sleeping schedules. The pool and garden are in good condition and with the exception of the shower to rinse the sand the whole house is in a functional state. The kitchen has everything you need for a large family

It is a nice place to spend with the family, the house is the same as in the photos, there are some details with maintenance and insects, but nothing that deserves the place. Both Jorge and Jaime are very friendly, in fact we try to bother you at least. We would definitely repeat the trip again.
