The accommodation is in very good condition. Juan Carlos was always attentive, since Check in until check out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and discreet, we were in a family plan and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances and towels in the bathrooms and pool. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

The penthouse is amazing, I usually stay in the great mayan but for the dates I couldn't find it available anymore, so I was lucky enough to book here and the only thing I can say is that he doesn't ask for anything, the view and location is unbeatable, the apartment is beautiful and Sheryl and Jessica's attention was amazing. An extra fee is paid but totally worth it, it includes free bar and unlimited botana. We are definitely thinking about returning.

The property is in excellent condition. The place is comfortable, clean and well equipped; both the bathroom and the services offered satisfactorily meet expectations. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and I think it is a highly recommended place. As the only observation, during all the nights of our stay (and even in the mornings) a sound similar to a wail was constantly heard, possibly from a child or a woman, which can be uncomfortable when resting. Apart from this detail, everything else was impeccable.
