The penthouse is amazing, I usually stay in the great mayan but for the dates I couldn't find it available anymore, so I was lucky enough to book here and the only thing I can say is that he doesn't ask for anything, the view and location is unbeatable, the apartment is beautiful and Sheryl and Jessica's attention was amazing. An extra fee is paid but totally worth it, it includes free bar and unlimited botana. We are definitely thinking about returning.

The accommodation complies as is, very good with what it offers, very comfortable and we really liked the stay. We will definitely be back, just consider that the elevator is filled by the other inhabitants of the hotel and you can delay in being able to go down.

Claudia's apartment is beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed the lagoon and the artificial lake inside the subdivision. In addition, the host was always attentive to us and was very flexible with our arrival time. We hope to return soon. :)

It was a short but wonderful stay. The host was always very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. The apartment was really comfortable, modern, and clean. It's a highly recommended place to stay in Acapulco. We are grateful.

A spacious bedroom features large glass doors that open to a balcony overlooking the sea. A seating area with a hanging chair and two outdoor chairs is visible. The room includes a comfortable black sofa and a neatly made bed with a dark blue coverlet.

The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos. The location is unbeatable, as it is in a central area, with an OXXO a few steps away, as well as restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby. Everything I needed was just around the corner. The building staff is very friendly and always willing to help you, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host was attentive to all my needs at all times, which is greatly appreciated

Nice place. Quiet area. Friendly and cordial communication at all times that was required with the host. They are very attentive. Very good parking as well as other extras in the building. Just some maintenance details in the room but overall everything was good. I recommend it.

Very comfortable beds and the entire space is very spacious. Very good places nearby to eat, shopping center very close. Loved the pool at night… I highly recommend them. Luxury internet, had to work and never failed. I really invite everyone to return the Acapulco and make it very nice again as before. I really recommend Artizel and José Luis' apartment, it has a great location, it is very clean, the service is very good and you really feel at home. The condo is safe and I would come back here.

The view of the place is spectacular I loved the apartment is just like the photos and with equipped kitchen for what you need, I loved the area since you find the surroundings oxxos, Walmart, restaurants very quiet and busy area. Eduardo was always attentive and very accessible. The only detail is that in the Lobby of the condominium the staff who work there is very apt, people mule, zero friendly. The condominium has a swimming pool and is always very clean and with its maintenance. I definitely come back and highly recommend it.

AWESOME! The accommodation is perfect, throughout my stay I did not have a single setback and Dian was always attentive to what we could need, it is located in the Java Tower which is the last of the residential, which is a plus since the POOL is a few steps away and is the most quiet and people-free, the BEACH is not immediate but enough you request in the Lobby de la Torre a truck that takes you and returns in 5 minutes you are there, in the pool area there is a snack restaurant and drinks at quite reasonable prices. KITCHEN is very equipped to prepare everything you need, extremely comfortable LIVING ROOM and DINING room, the living room is a delight and everything in excellent condition, in addition to counting very good sized TV, Super comfortable ROOMS with the perfect amount of pillows, the bunk is matrimonial so it becomes even more comfortable, BATHROOMS two complete very clean. I 100% recommend this place, it was a very pleasant stay! It exceeded my expectations!

An excellent option, we felt right at home, Luis was very kind, the place is in a quiet area, literally crossing the street was the beach , which beautiful view. Great experience! From the beginning, everything was just as advertised. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and as shown in the ad. The best: our pet was more than welcome, and there is plenty of space around to go for a walk with her. Rafael was always available, very attentive and accessible. We definitely recommend this place and would come back without thinking about it.

Great place to stay. The host is very friendly, quick to respond to messages and is always on the lookout for anything you need. Also, your attention to detail is evident as you consider everything a visitor may require during your stay. The accommodation is very clean, tidy and nicely equipped. Everything works perfectly: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and some ingredients such as sugar, salt, tea and coffee. The bathroom has towels, soap, body wash and shampoo; there is water all the time (since in Marina Diamante it is common for them to cut the water at midnight) since it has a very large capacity tint. Excellent experience. 1000% recommended.
