Thank you for having us this weekend, what a Love-Lee place. A great spot for peace and quiet, lots of space to enjoy and can imagine it being different for every season of the year, a lovely place by the river to enjoy a fire, public footpaths for getting out, lots of information provided to make the most of these when you arrive too. Getting there is easy and description for access clear to follow. Hosts were lovely and very much look to leave you alone to enjoy but around if you need them. You can tell they have put a lot of thought into the grounds and cannot recommend enough if you are looking to get out into nature, would like some peace by the river or like to relax up in the treehouse in the early hours to see what the local animals get up to cannot recommend enough : )

The second you walk in, you feel like you’re in a home away from home. Carol and Rob’s hospitality was outstanding, and they welcomed us with such warmth. Honourable mention to their beautiful dog Max as well! The cottage was spotless, and filled with everything we could need, as well as a gorgeous welcome package including honey from their own bees. We very much enjoyed a chat with Rob, who brews his own beer and kindly shared a drink or two with us. We will be recommending the cottage to all our friends and family who come and visit this beautiful part of the world, and will definitely be back!

Jeanette was a lovely host, gave clear instructions of how to get to the cottage and we arrived to a very nice homemade cream tea! Upon arrival Jeanette gave lots of good recommendations of places near by to visit, a lot of which we did and we had a lovely 3 days. There are some beautiful walks in the area. The cottage was great - had a very homey feel to it. Comfortable bed, cosy fireplace, hot shower and everything you could need in the kitchen. The location was perfect, town and supermarkets close by but also felt very secluded and peaceful. Brilliant view of Brentor church from the garden, only a 15 minute walk away and a great place to visit during sunset. Thank you for the lovely stay Jeanette! We’d love to visit again soon :)

The other reviews are spot on. A real gem and an outstanding Airbnb. The place is stunning. Both the peaceful and beautiful location, and the accommodation is very special, quirky and real character but with every mod con you could ask for. Very comfortable and very clean. But what stands out even more are the hosts Mary and Pat. Brilliant comms, very efficient but so warm and friendly. They couldn't have done more to make me and my dog welcome and a real home from home. Mary is lovely and so caring and I really enjoyed chatting with her. All in all perfection! Thanks so much.
