Simplify your life in this peaceful detached house in the center of the village. Casa d'Eden welcomes you to Pietraserena, a Corsican village, 700 m above sea level, between Aleria and Corte. The sea is 30 minutes and 20 minutes from the river by car. You can take the hiking trails, enjoy the snack bar "Chez Mado" all year round as well as the Pizzeria "Chez Paul". Parties take place during the season. Ideal for 2 to max 4 people, the house is fully equipped.

The studio is located in a new residence, with air conditioning. You'll have all amenities in this furnished place, and equipped with free Wi-Fi. Babies accepted and we can provide you with a baby cot on request. Pets not allowed, and NON-SMOKING apartment. The apartment must be left with the cleaning done. If you do not wish to do the cleaning, we can offer you the "Cleaning" option payable on site upon arrival, twenty euros (please let us know your choice)

Nice 35 m2 fully independent ground floor studio located in Corté, Central Corsica. With equipped kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, a pleasant sunny terrace and stunning views of the mountains, parking, barbecue. There will be no problem adding a 90 cm folding bed for a third person or a baby cot (see photo). 8 minutes' walk to the city center, and not far from the Restonica and Tavignanu valleys, 45 minutes from the nearest beach of Ile Rousse.

My place is close to Corte in the center of Corsica and highways, so you can easily reach the four corners of the island. The valleys of Restonica and Tavignano are less than 15 minutes away and you will find transparent and clear rivers, many hiking trails (Lakes Melu and Capitello...). Beautiful Vizzavona Forest is less than 30 minutes away, as well as the first beaches. You'll love the studio for its exceptional views.

My apartment, in a 1940s building, is in the quietest square in Corté. Ideal for visiting, it is close to shops, restaurants, the Citadel and hiking departures. Located in the centre of the island, Corte makes it easy to radiate. Parking: Free parking in front of the building, spaces are limited and depend on availability. there are also paid parking options nearby, easily accessible and convenient.

Seasonal rental of a detached villa in Corte

Eugène's villa with an area of 70 m2 is located at the entrance to Corte, 2 minutes from the Shopping Center and shops, 5 minutes by car from downtown Corte and the Restonica Valley.
